Amy and the team are fantastic coaches - enthusiastic, personal and knowledgeable. They create such a friendly and fun energy and work with every individual to help them reach their goals. I’ve never enjoyed gym classes so much.

I’ve been going to Amy for a year now and she has totally transformed my approach to fitness, eating, exercise . . . Also a great support group with the other instructors and folk who go to the gym. We push each other and cheer each other on when someone’s finding something difficult. Always recommend BBA to anyone who needs a push in the right direction fitness wise 🙂👍🏼
