Sean is absolutely brilliant - I highly recommend him! Sean knows exactly how to motivate, push and encourage you. He has also made me feel more confident in going to the gym by myself, and helped me build a work out routine while travelling. His massages are also super relaxing and great for de-stressing and recovery.

I have been to Sean several times to ease tension in my back, neck and shoulders while recovering from an injury. He is professional and highly skilled in what he does. His combined knowledge both as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist gives him a greater understanding of anatomy and pathology. The tension eased after a few sessions.
