I’ve been with Brodie for nearly 4 years now. As a fitness fanatic I was sceptical about using a PT, but Brodie has taken my fitness to a new level. I’m in the best shape of my life (I’m 49) which is down to Brodie’s knowledge and advice on nutrition, and his seemingly unlimited knowledge of all aspects of fitness training. I’m mentally and physically stronger than I’ve ever been and will never change the training habits Brodie has instilled in me. Thank you 🙏

I have been attending PT with Brodie for 18 months now, after a friend who also attends recommended him to me. He has helped me massively with my diet and training, and I'm continuing to progress. I had some concerns around form and lower back pain when I first saw Brodie - all of which were addressed within the first few sessions, supplemented with additional exercises I did at home to help my mobility. These were issues that previous coaches hadn't been able to identify or support me with. I honestly don't think you could find anyone more knowledgeable about health, diet, training and fitness. If you're serious about putting in the work and thinking about getting in touch with him, it'll be the best decision you make!

If you are unhappy with your weight and want to make a positive change then you will not find a better PT than Brodie. I asked for Brodie’s help around 4 months ago and cannot believe the change in me, both mentally and physically. I work shifts so my sleep cycle and diet was poor. With Brodie’s help I have lost 4 inches off my waist and have more energy than I’ve ever had by Brodie making simple changes to my lifestyle and diet.
He spends time getting to know you as a person and using his in depth knowledge of general fitness and nutrition, tailors a plan that works for you. If you stick to it and work hard you will definitely see results and feel so much better in yourself as a result. He keeps you motivated and focused throughout your progress so you can continue to be a better version of you!

I’ve been going to Brodie for just over 6 months and seeing changes not just physically but mentally as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to seriously improve their body and mind. Brodie has outstanding knowledge of the body and shares his expertise so you know exactly why you are doing specific exercises and what areas they are working. His understanding of nutrition is also excellent and he really takes time to go into what you should and shouldn’t be eating. Finally, Brodie takes time to fully explain all exercises so you not only work hard when your with him but every time you go to the gym. Brodie is a brilliant coach. He’s extremely knowledgeable and scientific in his approach and he took the time to identify the best ways to improve fitness and performance for me personally, all while explaining in it great detail. Getting in touch with Brodie and starting PT sessions with him, has been one of the best decisions I have made regarding my fitness.
Brodie does not only focus on your exercises, your lifts, or how well your "beach bod" is looking. He is interested in changing your style of training, nutrition and fitness mindset. He not only urges you to work hard in the gym, but pushes you to work hard outside of it.
Personally I have seen big changes in my own body as well as great progress towards the goals he and I set during our initial assessment and discussion. My compound lifts have become stronger, my metabolism has become faster and I feel like the gym is not a chore anymore.~

Training with Brodie has changed my life.
Since I started training with Brodie about 3-4 months ago I have never felt so energetic and happy. Before training with Brodie I was eating what I thought was healthy and exercising regularly but I was not losing any weight. After one session with Brodie I had a diet plan and targets to hit. Within the first couple of weeks I was losing weight and feeling much better.
This guy certainly knows his stuff and it shows through his personal training and the results he's helped me achieve. If you're looking for a quality personal trainer and a change of lifestyle for the better, look no further.

This was my first experience in using a Personal Trainer.
I don't think I could have chosen a better PT , Brodie not only gets me motivated he educates you on the basics of day to day living and your healthy wellbeing. In the short 3 months I have been training with Brodie I have lost 2.5 stone and I haven't looked back. Brodie will work his schedule around me and makes my a diet plan and exercise regime that suits my lifestyle and also my current physical condition and it is only getting better as the days fly by. Would highly recommend getting brodie as your PT and thank you for everything you have done for me.

Brodie and I have been working together for a few months and I have to say he’s a great PT! We met at first to discuss goals and then got to work. I was dreading it a bit as for health reasons I had been off work for the previous few months and not done much exercise. I’m not a gym person anyway so wasn’t sure what to expect or how it would go. There was no need to worry! Brodie is a kind person who puts you at ease and moves things at the right pace. The first session was looking at movement and checking to see what areas needed work and then he put together a personalised programme based on that. Brodie puts a lot into his work, making changes to the workouts as you progress and checks in with you during the week to make sure your diet is on track etc. He is encouraging and at the same time keeps an eye on you which is good for accountability. He puts together an all-round training programme that covers all areas and is varied to keep things interesting. He is also open to your ideas and bringing in new things depending on your feedback if there’s anything you would like to work on or learn. He has a great knowledge of anatomy and makes sure your form is correct before increasing the difficulty of exercises. We have made steady progress and I have lost almost a stone in weight and become stronger which were my goals. He’s helped me a lot over the last few months. Thank you Brodie for your hard work!
