What can I say, what a great personal trainer. I train first thing in morning and she's always superb cheery and enthusiastic. Ive lost more weight than I thought I would 5lbs in 4 weeks, I feel great and my whole lifestyle has changed. She's the only person that can make me laugh whilst putting me through my paces. I would highly recommend Saadiah to help women in their weight loss journey. I am a busy mum and was finding it very difficult to lose the weight I had gained after having my kids. Saadiah created a plan which worked around my family and lifestyle which included personal training sessions in my garden and also over zoom. In the 8 weeks programme i have lost 7lbs in total and dropped a dress size. I incorporate my workouts in my daily routine without it feeling a burden. Saadiah was an amazing trainer. I lost 11 pounds in 3 months with seeing her twice a week; I am so happy with the results and feel alot more confident in my own skin. Amazing coach, after nearly 4 weeks of working with Saadiah I have lost 43cm of bodyfat and 7lbs of weight. Saadiah is approachable, friendly, has such honest soul and she definitely made me motivated to working harder.
I would definitely 100% recommend Saadiah as she will be able to work around your busy life and as you go on with your daily routine, you will have the support you need.
I have tried joining a gym and weight loss programmes but none of that worked for me as I just put more weight instead of losing it.

What can I say, it's been awesome, the results, the atmosphere, the group training and the overall support from Saadia.

I finally got round to Saadia's 4 weeks program! Initially I was soo hesitant and nervous as I had been out of gym/exercise for a while and had piled on alot of weight...I wasn't quite 100% about starting but finally took the plunge and decided I need to start doing something about it... from the very first time speaking to Saadiah I already felt I made the right choice choosing her 4 weeks program. Saadiah has been An absolute godsend, I have been on her programme for just over a month and can both feel and see the difference. I have so far lost 6lb and 34cm of body fat when measure. Saadiah knows how to motivate you and keep you going, I go to her group sessions where everyone is on the same boat and motivates each other and we keep it fun with our banter... Its the first time I have actually looked forward to going to the gym and feel upset when missing a class. Saadiah knows just when to "kick u up the back side" or when to listen and change things to adapt to your strength or weakness to work for you. Her advice on food was not as hard as any other diet because its not. Like a diet it is a lifestyle change and easy once you get into it, 3 square meals a day and snacks and learning to make better decisions but still enjoy what you eat and still lose weight and tone up... What more can you ask for. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Saadiah is the queen of motivation. She pushes us hard to get results. When i started my 4 weeks program i was a little sceptical, thinking it'll not get me far, but at our final weigh in i was simply overwhelmed with my results. I had lost 9lbs and 29cm body fat from my body overall. Her eating plan was realistic and easy to follow through her What's app group chat. This also allowed me you to stay motivated and be helped by the other ladies in the group. It's really all about retraining the brain to eat good food at proper times and in quantity. I would occasionally follow saadiah on social media, and then joined her for a 4 week program, to tone my body. I was very hesitant to start with however in the 4 week program I was surprised to see id lost 6cm of body fat and 4lbs of weight . Even though I was already lean I see my body getting toned. Most important my diet had changed for the best. I can have 3 meals which include foods I love. I came across Saadiah on Instagram and being a young mum with two young children I had tried all the fad dieting and skipping meals in the hope that I would lose weight. I would highly recommend Saadiah and her training programs. Personally I was having alot of problems including stress and health issues. I took part in the 4 week trial with Coach Saadiah, and I really enjoyed every minute of it.
The environment, atmosphere, company, style of exercise, daily tips and support, food plans and guidance was all very benefiting. The trial helped me physically but also mentally.
I was always motivated to attend as I felt good after exercising and especially doing it with others made it fun. Also having the watsapp group meant there was always support and people in the group all were experiencing what I was experiencing.
During the 4 weeks I noticed my clothes would fit better and had become loose. This made me feel happy and confident with my body.
The food plan meant I was eating healthy and eating the right foods which would also give me more energy. I was binging less and not looking for quick foods that pile on the pounds.
The exercises were always different each day and this made it fun instead of boring. We also had to do daily walks and Coach Saadiah would remind us which was helpful.
Coach Saadiah would take the time to understand me and knew what exercises were suitable and which ones needed an alternative to suit my needs. I felt I could talk to her openly and tell her what my ability was.
I have really enjoyed myself during the last 4 weeks and hope to come back in the future.

After 4 weeks I've lost 13.5% body fat, feeling good, it's been a battle for me not being able to exercise or walk much as I'm on alot of meds! The program is easy to follow and what I like about it is that I still get to eat my fav meals, don't really feel like I'm missing out on much. With the program I have learnt to eat more sensibly. The best part is when I give my daily food dairy to Saadiah on a daily basis, keeps track on my meals and will put me straight if I've had either too much carbs or less of veg etc. Saadiah has been brill, straight to the point, great support from her and the girls. Hi I am Nadia Khan , I have four kids . I was struggling with weight after my fourth child as I had coccydynia and my joints were getting weak. Then I came across Saadiah in one of the charity event . Seen her website and Facebook page, decided to give it a go and here I am after a month of amazing workouts, diet plans with that little boost of encouragement. I have lost 2lb and 25cm of body fat with just eating sensibly and doing 1 hour workout with Saadiah thrice a week, the texts helped as reminders to stay focused. Cannot recommend Saadiah highly enough. As someone recovering from a severe spinal injury, the last 6 years I’ve gained so much weight due to lack of mobility, being on strong medication and steroids, and then having 3 babies within 3 years. I tried absolutely everything to lose weight, even through the support of my doctor, dietician and nutritionist. But the most I’ve ever lost is 1 pound over a 4 month period. I just had my 2nd child and had put on soo much weight and i was soo busy running after the kids i had no time to exercise and used to eat a lot of junk and unhealthy freezer food and take aways. Then i decided i had to do something and contacted saadiah and soo glad i did.

In 4 weeks on my program I had lost 8inches bodyfat and 2kg weight which was amazing as I had always struggled with maintaining a healthy lifestyle that was easy for me to follow. This trim and tone group helped me lose weight but was also allowed me to be flexible with what I could eat. Having these changes to my diet hasn’t been drastic that I was struggling, it’s surprisingly been easy for me to follow as I had a list of foods I could eat, sweet treats I could have, portion control and weekly workouts to do. Following this program has motivated me and made me realise that having a healthy lifestyle isn’t difficult to adapt to, it’s just small changes to be made.

I would very much recommend sessions with Saadiah. I, like many others, gave myself that New Year goal to lose weight, to get healthy and just feel better in my skin. I started slow, adding in the gym but not really changing my lifestyle. I knew I wasn't going about this the right way but I didn't know how to change this. This is where Saadiah comes in. She has given me that push. Yes each session often ends in feeling I could crawl home to bed rather than tackle the day, but it's worth it. She showed me how to change everything.
