I trained with Hannah throughout the summer and seen a massive change in my overall fitness. I always looked forward to training and felt amazing after it. I started once a week then moved onto twice a week, and managed to keep it up throughout the week by doing at home workouts that Hannah set for me. Every training session was different which was great. Hannah kept a diary of every training session which she sent me every week. I absolutely loved training with Hannah, such a lovely girl and we had plenty of laughs. Looking forward to getting back to it 💪 x

I have been working out on and off for many years, but always struggled to find a balanced workout routine to follow. Thanks to Fitforit, I'm looking forward to my PT sessions every week. My trainer Hannah is one of the most positive people I've met! She consistently challenges and motivates me to go out of my comfort zone. All the trainings are personalised and not one is the same, which is much more fun this way :D I'd definitely recommend Hannah for anyone that is looking for a professional fitness guidance and support. I’ve been working with Hannah for around 8 months now and noticed a complete change in my body and mindset. I wasn’t looking for any specific body goals but to really get out of a rut I had fallen into with isolating and working from home. Hannah is super patient and adapts workouts for my specific health and historical injuries as required. I feel great after our sessions and always feel comfortable in the studio. There is a great community spirit with the Fitforit team and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining!

I've been training with Emma for over 2 years now and absolutely love it! Emma is so encouraging, makes you feel totally comfortable and has great chat! I've achieved so much more with her in the past 2 years than I did in the previous 7 years that I had been training on my own and she is always pushing me to improve.
The atmosphere in the studio is always fun, the whole fitforit team are so friendly and the gym is very inclusive and welcoming.
Recently Emma helped me get in great shape for my wedding (with the help of a very satisfying spreadsheet) so thank you Emma! 😊🥰

I have been training at Fit for It for a few months now and can’t recommend enough. Deciding to start PT in the middle of a pandemic wasn’t my brightest idea, however Ian has been adaptable at every turn and really encouraged me to do what I can over and above the sessions that I complete with him. He is professional and knowledgable but also up for a bit of chat which helps the sessions fly by and makes me feel at ease and comfortable in a training environment. He never berates me if I fall off the wagon and always looks to encourage and support me on my own fitness journey. Would definitely recommend the Fit for It team

If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Fit For It in Cathcart. My partner and I have been working weekly for about 6 months in the studio, in the park and now on Zoom - we’ve been able to make all these options work and I started feeling much stronger quite quickly. The PTs at Fit For It all seem really lovely. Working out with our PT, Ian, is like working out with your pal...who cares a weird amount about your fitness.

I have trained with Emma at fitforit for over 5 years going from out of shape and just wanting to be healthy, to training through my pregnancy and now into my post natal recovery. Can't rate these guys highly enough: workouts that suit what you are aiming for; happy to support you through inevitable ups and downs on any fitness journey; and brilliant fun (the social get together when allowed are a great additional reason to sign up here for personal training or boot camp!). Would thoroughly recommend for anyone but especially for pre or post natal ladies, Emma has been a lifesaver for me!

I have been training with Ian for just under a year at Fitforit. Ian has been able to construct workouts that continuously push me, but feel achievable at the same time. He has also done an amazing job at adapting training over this year, whether that be at the gym, the park or over Zoom, it has always felt like a complete and challenging workout.
I couldn't recommend training with Ian enough, as he is super knowledgable and has helped me recognise the progress that I have made (beyond just pounds on a scale).

I Started with my fiancé at Fitforit 8 months ago and it was the best decision we have ever made. We both feel much fitter, stronger and have definitely dropped a clothes size or two. Steve is a fabulous P.T and really has you working hard to achieve the results that you want. We have a good laugh during our workouts and it is just a great and friendly atmosphere from when you walk in the door to when you leave. It’s been a complete life style change for both of us and we plan to continue for a long time. ☺️

I've been a client with fitforit for about three years now. In that time I've gotten into the best shape I've ever been in, and learned to enjoy exercise rather than see it as a barrier to be overcome.
I've also found a community of friends and a strong support network, which has become increasingly valuable over the last year. I enjoy the sessions just as much for the social aspect as the physical.

I have been training with Emma at Fitforit for just over one year . Having been diagnosed with osteoporosis I knew it was important to do weight bearing exercise and maintain muscle. Emma has worked with my limitations and as a result I feel stronger and fitter. As an older woman I have felt comfortable attending the studio and all the guys there make you feel welcome. Rob, Emma and the team at Fit For It are fantastic at what they do. I don't know where they get their energy and enthusiasm from but it certainly helps to make the training sessions far more enjoyable. I joined the bootcamp classes 3 and a half years ago. Through participating in these outdoor classes I have increased my fitness while exercising and meeting new people along the way. Davie is a great bootcamp instructor and leads the group with a friendly manner especially during the winter months.
I was interested in learning how to lift weights safely and to have a personalised program which enabled me to train on my own. Rob was my pt for 6 sessions. After these sessions I began to have a love for lifting. It made me feel strong and determined. By lifting weights I also saw an improvement in my measurements and also in my running 🏃♂️ with my 10k personal best times reduced. Rob works you very hard as a client however he knows your capabilities.
I contacted Emma early on in my pregnancy for guidance on how I could continue to exercise safely at bootcamp. I was very scared and cautious as I wasn't sure initially what was safe to do.
I chose Emma to support me with pt sessions. I sought her guidance to enable me to continue lifting weights safely while keeping myself and baby safe.
She also advised on nutrition too during pregnancy. This was crucial for child birth as I lost a litre and a half of blood.
Without Emma's guidance I would have had a less active pregnancy. I spoke to my GP and midwife regarding my exercise however they were pretty vague in their guidance. As I was pregnant during a lockdown no gyms were open in my early pregnancy. I didn't have any other fitness professionals available to turn to. Once some gyms did open I was reluctant to return as I did not want to risk catching corona virus.
The zoom pt sessions Emma delivered boosted my confidence and technique during pregnancy. I continued with bootcamp and to lift weights up to 34 weeks pregnant. By continuing to be physically active during pregnancy this helped with labour,delivery and in my post partum recovery.

I started bootcamp with fitforit in 2016 and PT in 2018 and continue to be a regular at both. Love, love it! I’ve always been a keen runner and started the PT when a hip injury meant I couldn’t run. This is somebody who had never lifted a weight before in her life. Not only did the strength training quickly resolve my running injury, I’ve thankfully remained injury free ever since. I’m now running more than ever but also understand the importance of PT and bootcamp PT in keeping me fit and well. Plus they’re fun!
The fitforit trainers couldn’t be lovelier and the whole fitforit community has really pulled together during the pandemic. My own PT trainer is Steve and I highly recommend him.

Over my time with Davie my confidence has grown, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and my previous back issues have disappeared. He challenges his clients to overcome any self doubt and gets amazing results. He’s a constant source of support and encourages building fitness into your everyday lifestyle.

I joined Fitforit Bootcamp in June 2016 and I haven’t looked back! The PTs Davie, Emma and Rob each run their own unique sessions which makes each one different and keeps me coming back. The sessions are tailored to suit all abilities, they give you advice on how to improve your form and motivation levels are kept high even when your muscles are aching! Social events throughout the year are a plus!

I've been training with Davie for a couple of months now and have gone from being a non-gym user to deadlifting 100k and genuinely looking forward to exercise! I've struggled with my weight and fitness for years and am now getting results and feeling like I'm in control. I was the kid who always tried to get out of PE at school, I did not expect to love this so much and it's a credit to Davie's patience and teaching that I'm now annoying my partner with updates of what weights I'm lifting and feeling very proud of myself. Davie creates workouts that push me but that are never outside my abilities so that I keep progressing. I'm able to take what I learn at PT and apply it myself at the gym.
The studio is a really friendly, non-intimidating environment.
Fitforit also run outdoor bootcamps which are inclusive of all levels and great value. All the trainers are really good at what they do as well as being fun people to be around - totally not the scary military types the word "bootcamp" might evoke!
If you're thinking of getting into exercise for the first time or wanting to push yourself further I don't know of a better way to do it than coming to these guys.

A friendly and knowledgeable group of trainers in the south side of Glasgow. I trained with Davie for 18 weeks because I was bored with the gym I had been going to and struggled to find the motivation. I learned so much about weight training, nutrition and this complimented the cardio sessions at boot camp which run 3 times a week. Excellent value and it’s also really fun! Highly recommended.

I became a client with Rob at Fitforit about 2 1/2 years ago. I booked in for a 6 week course to try it out. Rob told me that after 6 weeks I would have lost weight, would be happier with how I looked and would have more energy. He was absolutely right I did and much more so than I expected. What I also didn't expect was that over these 6 weeks he would teach me how to train on my own, learn about nutrition and how to maintain a healthy diet. I felt great, as if I was 10 years younger. I knew that I could have maintained this on my own but I immediately booked up for further sessions and have now been a regular for 2 1/2 years(that's two and a half years of terrible "Rob chat"). I love training at fitforit and can't recommend these guys highly enough, even the terrible chat.

I have just finished 12 weeks of PT with Davie and can't recommend him or the studio enough. In that time I have gained confidence, learnt how to properly structure a work out and I finally have some structure to my diet. I had an unhealthy relationship with food and was concerned I would need to start counting everything but Davie listened to my concerns and what he did suggest worked for me. Everyone who works at the studio is lovely and it's a supportive environment to learn in. As someone who was very anxious about making the step of going to PT I can assure anyone else with similar anxieties that it's not as scary as you think it might be. The workouts are hard but there's certainly no one shouting at you or making you do anything you are uncomfortable with. Money well spent and I will return in the future. Thanks guys.

Back in January of this year my fiancee got in touch with the guys at fit for it and made arrangements for us both to go in for a consultation the following week. After trying numerous times with the likes of slimming world and weight watchers and having limited success it was time to do something that helped us change both our lifestyle and diet not just diet. Having never really being into exercising or sports I was slightly apprehensive and not sure what to expect. I was sure we were going to be greeted by some red faced lunatic with veins bulging out his forehead but thankfully, I couldn't have been further from the truth. We went in for our consultation and met Steve for the first time, almost instantly my worries about what it was going to be like disappeared. He was both friendly and professional and obviously knew what he was talking about. We started training with him the following week and both started noticing results straight away. 8 months later we both feel fitter, have more energy and are both managing to maintain our weight loss results. Over this time Steve has helped us with advice on buying home work out equipment and shown us that small changes in our diet can have massive results. We cant reccomend fit for it enough 😁
