R. R.Ignite Fitness Glasgow is like no other gym or fitness studio I've ever been a part of. I've been training here for over two years and my body has been transformed. The workouts are always tough and varied - no two sessions are the same - and Coach Lorraine knows how to make us laugh through the sweat. Lorraine works with everyone to help them meet their health and fitness goals. Her knowledge and expertise are endless, as are her encouragement and motivation. Every member of Ignite is welcoming and supportive which creates a fantastic atmosphere. It doesn't matter what your fitness level when you start, you will soon start to see transformations that will inspire you to keep going. I'm so pleased I joined Ignite and would encourage anyone to do the same.
S. M.I've been training at Ignite since it opened, and training with Lorraine few years previous to this. Really is nowhere else I'd rather train. Every workout is different so you never get bored. Lorraine makes it challenging yet so much fun. Great group training atmosphere where you can push your limits and go at your own pace. Everyone is really encouraging and supportive and it's like a little family complete with dog Lola 🐶 I'm definitely the fittest and strongest I've ever been and always look forward to the workouts 😁💪

P.Ignite Fitness is the only place I would go now for my fitness needs, there may be other trainers selling similar ideas but they don't have Lorraine Richardson and that's what makes Ignite Fitness unique. With Lorraine at your side and the rest of the members as your team you feel you can achieve anything.
P. E.I love working out at Ignite with Lorraine. Going at the same time everyday the classes are always different focussing on different areas of the body. Having said that no 2 classes are ever the same and certainly never easy encouraging you to work harder and harder.
Lorraine is a fantastic coach and always on hand to correct technique or offer alternative moves if needed due to injury.
No matter your fitness level you will find this very friendly, welcoming and challenging environment the best gym in Glasgow. And to top it off the resident gym dog is on hand to keep you on track 🐶
K. A. C.Absolutely 10/10 reccomend. Such a variety of Small group HIIT and strength classes to choose from. In a non judgemental, private, cosy gym. Lorraine is a world class, fair, fun coach who gets you great results and always makes things fun. The people are so friendly, and there's even a cute frenchie called Lola to help make you smile during a workout. I feel like I'm in the best place for my body to get results from the different classes, build my strength and drop lots of fat. Especially in lockdown its kept me so motivated and happy. What more could you want from a fitness class/gym???? I love it so much I even vliuggt a t shirt.
S. G.Lorraine at ignite Fitness is fantastic, she provides varied challenging workouts with Friday being a little different as it is a fun games day. Training with Lorraine has helped me achieve a lot more than I thought I ever would, I'm continually being challenged, being encouraged, lifting heavier and feeling strong. Everyone is so friendly and make everyone feel welcome. There is also social events, including a monthly brunch and nights out. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else. The added bonus is our wee gorgeous gym dog Lola who is the friendliest and most fun loving dog who loves to play and give cuddles.
This studio is a 2nd home to me. I just love my fitfam. 💪😁
N. M.I love working out at Ignite. The workouts are always different and target all parts of your body. I have never felt fitter in my life. The sense of community and fun motivate me to keep coming back. Not to mention the guidance and expertise from the Coach Lorraine.

Lorraine always has great workouts which will whip you into shape while also being fun too. On Fridays we play games like Monopoly and snakes and ladders...slightly different from the version you may know but equally as fun!
We even have an ignite fitness dog called Lola who helps count our reps.
J. L.Absolutely love the atmosphere Lorraine creates at Ignite. Her workouts are fantastic.......challenging and tough.......but fantastic, and it keeps you coming back for more. I know it sounds like an advert, but at 44, I can honestly say I've never had results like it. Everyone in the classes are so friendly and encouraging too, regardless of what stage you're at. Best workout in town by a mile - I honestly can't recommend it enough.
Update - am 46 now and still loving it. 🙂 It’s just got better and better over the last couple of years, and I’ve had some fantastic results working with Lorraine. And the work Lorraine has done to help support her members and keep us active through the current COVID crisis has been phenomenal. Still can’t recommend Ignite - or Lorraine - enough.
S. M.Great place to work out, I joined initially for the 60 day challenge which combines training with a nutrition plan and was amazed at the results within a very short space of time. I'm now a permanent member and would recommend Ignite to anyone looking to kick-start a healthier lifestyle!
L. A. R.Absolutely love the friendly atmosphere here, its the only place I want to train. You are motivated, pushed and inspired to achieve what you at one point may have thought impossible. Lorraine is the best trainer and I have learned so much from her. Also gets brucey bonus points for Lola our resident gym dog! 🐕
