I took the plunge to join Ignite Performance after hearing such positive feedback from my Wife who'd joined after becoming bored with the gym! I hadn't worked out in years & was a bit reluctant to begin with however, since joining in January I've grown more confident in myself with each class I've attended thanks to the great workouts Chris & Graeme plan over each 8 week block, the equipment is first class & the change in exercises every fortnight means you're working different muscle groups so can see changes all over your body. I was enjoying the classes so much that even when we went on holiday for 2 weeks in the summer I was in the hotel gym replicating exercises Chris & Graeme had introduced in the classes (& sent them pictures to show I wasn't slacking!!) I'd recommend Ignite Performance to anyone who's looking to get fitter, healthier & join a privately owned gym with 2 great coaches & a friendly group training environment. 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After years of trying different gyms and classes I was delighted to find Ignite Performance. The trainers Chris and Graham are excellent at motivating everyone and pushing us to achieve our best. I feel a huge difference in my health and strength and would be lost without Ignite. I would highly recommend.

Ignite is the only gym I enjoy going to and introduced me to my love of weights. Chris and Graeme are excellent coaches who take the time to make sure everyone is training safely and effectively. If you are looking for top class training, nutritional advice and to venture into the world of working with weights and all the other things in the gym you were always too scared or confused by to try out - then this is the place to go.

Ignite Performance is the only gym sessions i can honestly say i enjoyed and looked forward to each week. Chris and Graeme keep you motivated and make you challenge yourself during every class but also tailor the exercises to suit your size/strength/fitness level. I joined Ignite Performance back in Oct 2018 and since then have never looked back. I didn’t have the confidence to join a gym and figured if I didnt like the fat loss academy programme then I wasn’t tied into any contract. Fast forward till now and it was the best decision I ever made. Graeme and Chris are professional,friendly and care about helping eveyone achieve their own personal goals. Whether it’s losing weight,getting fitter or building muscle the guys can cater for all shapes and sizes and adapt exercises to suit your fitness level. The fat loss programme is fantastic value for money and really is the only class I have stuck with over the years. I have made some great friends through the classes and eveyones positive encouragement helps push you towards your end goal. The classes are held in their own private gym with various equipment to help challenge you. Graeme and Chris ensure everyone has great technique and keep a watchful eye to ensure that every member gets the best out of the exercises.The programmes are changed every 2 weeks to help keep things from becoming repetitive. I would highly recommend joining and becoming a part of the Ignite family. Proof is in the pudding as they say with my before and after pictures surprising my family and friends. Graeme and Chris get you the results you want if your willing to give them 100% effort

This is a fantastic gym to train in. I've been training with Chris and Graeme for almost three years and cannot believe the difference in my fitness and, more importantly, my health. This is a brilliant workout class. Great equipment and 2 first class instructors who will motivate and push you regardless of your fitness level. It’s a good option for something in between a pt and a class. Would definitely recommend.
