Jack is seriously a brilliant PT. He helped me recover from a pretty bad knee injury. When I first started training with Jack, my knee was causing me so much pain and I could not run anymore. But with the right exercises, time and dedication Jack helped me make incredible progress in just a few months. My knee no longer causes me pain and I’ve started to run again! Even my specialist knee doctor said I clearly had a fantastic PT! My sessions were challenging but always fun and rewarding. Jack spent a lot of time researching my injury and creating suitable training programmes. He’s dedicated to helping his clients and gets great results! Thank you Jack for all your help :)

Fantastic!! The training plans are second to none and clearly tailored to suit each individual clients requirements. The thing that sets Jack apart is the level of communication he gives you, he’s always on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way. I have training with jack for roughly 6 months, while suffering with epilepsy, over that period of time I’ve noticed a huge difference with my seizures while improving my body’s physical shape, to the point I didn’t no it could!
