Train with Jack is like train with your pal, every session he motivates you to do more and have an effective workout! Jack is an excellent PT. He is very outgoing and makes you feel comfortable in the gym. He has a great knowledge and really makes you understand what you’re doing and why so you can adapt these exercises into your own workout. Having him has really improved my confidence in lifting weights and has motivated me to go the gym regularly to improve and work on what we covered. Jack is an amazing trainer - he tailors all your sessions and plans to your needs, always listens to your goals and makes sure to check in to see how you're feeling and getting on! Jack is a great PT and is always looking for new ways to push you to the next level, while focusing on your specific objectives. He is always willing to take the time to explain what you're looking to achieve from an exercise and, importantly, how best to make that work for you. Understanding the mechanics of an exercise and how to put that into action rather than pumping out ineffective reps has helped me immensely, and I wouldn't have had that without the help of Jack. If you're looking for a positive and enthusiastic PT, then look no further.
