He has a great knowledge and really makes you understand what you’re doing and why so you can adapt these exercises into your own workout. P. c.Jack is a great PT and is always looking for new ways to push you to the next level, while focusing on your specific objectives. He is always willing to take the time to explain what you're looking to achieve from an exercise and, importantly, how best to make that work for you. Understanding the mechanics of an exercise and how to put that into action rather than pumping out ineffective reps has helped me immensely, and I wouldn't have had that without the help of Jack. If you're looking for a positive and enthusiastic PT, then look no further.
