Jess is absolutely brilliant. She is very knowledgeable and explains things simply without being condescending, she is encouraging without the faux aggression you get from some personal trainers, her workout plans are easy to follow and she guides you through them as much or as little as necessary.
I started as an absolute novice who had always neglected strength training - in a short period, I feel fitter and stronger, am running quicker and my clothes fit better! I should have started 10 years ago!

I’ve been training with Jess for a while now and I’m definitely the fittest I’ve ever been in my life! Thanks to the plan Jess provided I’ve achieved a fantastic balance between cardio and strength training. I’m running between 25-30 miles every week as well as hitting the gym/weights 3-4 times a week. The result is very well rounded level of fitness, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely recommend training with Jess!

I am an endurance runner who has neglected strength training for many years. I had no idea where to start in the gym and was recommended to see Jess. As the weeks have gone on, I’ve gained strength and increased my confidence and skills with gym equipment. The studio is in a great central location, it’s always spotless and has everything you need in a small studio. Jess is supportive, encouraging and non-judgemental which is especially important if you’re starting at the basics like me! I honestly thought I would never enter the weights area of a gym in my life but I have been doing so every week since starting training. I would highly recommend training with Jess!

I started training with Jessica this summer with the initial goal of getting fit for my wedding next year. However I think I’ve gained a lot more than a wedding fitness plan. I’ve improved on my 10k time and I’ve finally gained confidence going into the weights section of the gym and I’m enjoying it. With so much health and fitness advice out there sometimes it’s difficult to know where to look but Jessica has a wealth of solid knowledge. The sessions are fun and when I’m not training with her she is also there for encouragement via social media and WhatsApp. There have definitely been days when her encouragement has been the thing that got me to the gym or out for a run! She is supportive and encourages me to do more than I think I can. Thanks Jess!

Jess is lovely! and so knowledgeable! Along with my Physio Jess gave me a plan to help get over my knee injury and back to running. Finally I felt that someone understood how important getting back to running was to me. All the exercises could be done at home also during lockdown which was fab. Jess will check in as well to make sure I'm doing the right thing and not overdoing anything that will flare up my old lady knee. Even though I havent been able to get training enough with Jess 1-2-1 due to Covid and my location, she will still give advice when needed which is brilliant.

I can’t praise Jess enough. I’ve always struggled with fitness and nutrition but thanks to her expert coaching, advice and endless encouragement I ran my first marathon comfortably after barely doing more than a 10k before. Not only is she incredibly knowledgable about training and nutrition, she’s so enthusiastic about fitness and helping her clients achieve their wellness goals. I went to Jess after a year + of injury (hamstring tendinopathy). I could not run 3km without terrible pain in my glute/hamstring. There were times I could barely walk. I have now been going consistently to Jess for a few months now for rehabilitation. We are now up to 9 miles running pain free. Like many I neglected focused strength work until I developed a chronic injury. Jess is an extremely knowledgeable PT and has an in depth knowledge and understanding of her craft. She writes a creative strength programme around your individual needs. She mixes up the programme to keep it interesting. One thing that really makes Jess really special is her meticulous aftercare. I could not recommend Jess enough and will certainly be continuing my programme with her for the foreseeable future.

Jessica is more than just a personal trainer. Resourceful, diligent, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, Jessica is professional yet easygoing in her approach to providing support and training. Motivating without being in your face, Jessica is extremely encouraging, engaging and clearly passionate. For example, back in 2014, I had a lumbar discectomy and have been recovering ever since. I have constant sciatic pain. This has been an emotional hurdle as much as a physical one. However, Jessica has been able to help me overcome the psychological barriers preventing me from lifting weights and working on my core strength - this level of emotional intelligence is exceptional, and for me, the sign of someone with great empathy. Furthermore, motivating without being in your face, Jessica focuses on creating and delivering thoughtful training sessions, providing a high level of aftercare, and is very knowledgeable! More concretely, I have been training with Jessica for just over a month and have already lost 4kg, stand taller with my shoulders back, feel more relaxed, sit properly at my desk, eat more nutritionally dense foods and am mindful of my posture and form. Without a doubt, Jessica has far surpassed my expectations, and definitely operates at a level beyond the best trainers.

I booked a 10 week PT block with Jessica and they were invaluable. Jessica in short has been brilliant. I have a much better grasp of form which is something I have never felt confident in and always worried about hurting myself. She was a huge support and kept our sessions interesting and fun. She is lovely and approachable and really knows her stuff. So many times I have looked at weights and been too intimidated to try them - not any more!
I absolutely will use Jessica again and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

I've been a runner for 5 years. Somehow I got talked into my first half marathon while living in Melbourne then over the years I self coached to a 1hr 40 and then added marathons into the bag and recently 5kms. After my last half marathon in Sept 2019 and marathon in Oct 2019, where I ran with injuries, I didn't quite get the times I know I can hit and I decided it was time to get some help. I've never really followed a proper running plan, mainly just running...various distances and paces but nothing scientific and as for strength and conditioning, it was practically non existent. This is where Jess comes in. I found her online, visited her lovely central studio and knew straight away she got it. She has a really calm aura about her but also can give you that look that you know she thinks you can give more! Since we've been working together I've been back on the PB trail with a 1h36 at London in March (my last half was 1hr38) and just managed a 20.58 5km time trial. Training with weights is a game changer for any runner. It gives you confidence, strength and prevents injuries. I had no idea where to start but now have a fab tailored plan which Jess runs through to make sure you are set up. I can see, feel and experience the benefits all over my body, not just running related! We always checkin on my goals (I have alot) and what I want to focus on during the lock down or next training cycle. She listens to things you don't even realise you've said. That's important. She knows your strengths and focuses on that but sets a challenging and achievable plan if you put the work in. I used to get bored of training. Now I'm running 5 times a week and although it follows a format, each week is different and it's nice. I would 100% recommend Jess and know for sure I've got some big PBs coming working together. Sometimes you just need a mentor to push you forward!

Jess is a great personal trainer who will work hard and invest in your goals along side you . I’m a hard work client as it takes a lot of work to keep me on track and I have still reduced my 10k time by over 16mins to sub 50 min and lost 1.5 stone over the last year and a bit . Which I am really happy with .
