Diane from L Fit is a great trainer! She is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. She provides great support along with her motivational and challenging workouts but always ensuring the fun is there as well! Diane has built on my confidence in the gym area and I have seen progress every week in me whether that be physically, mentally or emotionally. My only regret is that I didn’t seek her support sooner! Thank you for all that you do!

I have been training with Diane for just over four months now and the difference I have noticed in myself not only physically but also mentally has been unimaginable. Diane takes the time to get to know you and understand what your goals are. She tailors each session to help you achieve these goals and keeps you accountable. The online advice and support sheets have also been fantastic and have helped me gain a better relationship with food and my body. Diane is brilliant! . As someone who HATES any form of exercise, I really look forward to each session with her. Each session is different and tailored specifically to you. I suffer with low back pain and find certain exercises and positions quite difficult- Diane always took this into consideration and amended any moves to suit. She is extremely knowledgable, motivating and good fun to be around. She gives great nutrition advice, and has great little tips to help keep me on track with my
Calorie allowance. I would highly recommend her and I’m Looking forward to my next block!

For anyone still undecided about L Fit please make that call for a consultation. I met with Diane two months ago, no sales pitch, no pressure and we discussed goals. Two months on my shoulder pain has eased slightly which was my main goal. Lost a little weight (my trousers are not pinching my waist) and my pelvic floor muscle has strengthened (work in progress) I have returned to running after a hiatus of 3 years. Diane listens and adapts routines to suit my abilities. I look forward to each meeting and thank you Diane for the dietary advice as I do not crave carbs now since you advised to increase protein.

Diane and Lillian are at L Fit personal training are the best. If you’re looking for PT’s who are great at what they do and who will help you get where you want to be….these two ladies are who you’re looking for!
Having little ones, I need someone to understand the balance of family life and how busy it can be to try and fit in a routine for me. Diane and Lilian get this and are so supportive and understanding. They are so knowledgeable in what they do and have tons of great tips and advice to help. The best bit is they’re friendly and really supportive especially on those days where the motivation just isn’t quite there! Would highly recommend.

I came upon L-fit purely by chance. I had been looking for help around diet and fitness for a while and found L-fit on line. Diane is the best thing that has happened to me. Her professional approach along with her knowledge is second to none. She has started me on a training programme that I am enjoying so much and have so much confidence in. I already feel better within myself and have no doubt I will soon see the changes in the mirror. I have only completed my third session and I am already invested in another block. Working with Diane over the last few weeks has been fantastic! My biggest challenge was trying to get back into shape after having two c-sections, but doing so safely and effectively. I felt especially weak in the abdominal area and suffered with backache daily. This really put me off exercising, but I knew the only way to help solve my problems was to strengthen my muscles. Lilian’s knowledge and understanding has helped enormously with my postpartum body and weight loss. Throughout my journey she has taught me good nutrition and the benefits. I started with Lilian because I didn’t feel confident enough to walk into a gym, try out different equipment and attempt to do exercises that I’d only watched demonstrations of online. I wanted to lose some weight and feel stronger and after just a few sessions, I began to feel and see changes. She creates work outs that I enjoy but she also challenges me to push myself and I can now complete exercises with ease that I would never have thought possible before! She’s so patient and so much fun to work with, she spends the time making sure I know exactly what I’m doing and encourages me to keep going.
