Training with William has completely changed my outlook on health and fitness. When I wasn’t getting the results I wanted from extreme calorie restrictions I came to William for help - he helped me get into the best shape of my life while eating the most calories I’d ever eaten and improving my overall health massively. My relationship with my body and particularly with food is so much better now than it’s ever been thanks to William’s coaching. By planning meals and following his guidance on exercise and nutrition I can see real results not only on the scales, but I am also physically stronger, my hair and skin look better and my energy levels are through the roof. I’ve been training with William for quite a wee while now and on top of all the amazing things like challenging training, nutritional guidance and being a supportive personal trainer I would not be where I am in my fitness or in my life if William had not been exactly who he is. When I was trying to move my life forward after years of my mental illnesses taking over he pushed me & held my hand at the same time, he never made me feel bad when I couldn’t make a session but always had the attitude of try again tomorrow. He listened and understand and went at the snails pace I needed in the beginning. Lots of other people gave up on me but he kept trying and working with me and I would have given up long ago if William hadn’t been the one training me. Today I’m 10kg down, have overcome eating problems & a lot of self hatred and I am working towards a variety of life goals & fitness goals. I honestly can’t thank him enough!

Can’t recommend Louise highly enough! I trained with her before my wedding and the difference it made to how I looked and felt (physically and mentally) was absolutely amazing. She is so encouraging and really knows how to tailor training for your ability, but also show you how to achieve more than you thought you were capable of. Unfortunately I have moved away from Glasgow otherwise I would 100% still be training with her!

I have been training with William for a few years now and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I used to be just over 21stone and with William’s excellent training and nutritional advice I have shed over 6 stone. I still have a bit to go but even when I have a bad time his motivation to help me reach my goals is fantastic and puts me back on the right road. I've been training with William for just over one year and not only have I noticed a difference in my fitness levels and shape but also my energy levels and my attitude toward exercise. William has gotten to know me and my preferences and has tailored my programme accordingly. He knows I need variety so switches up the programme every few weeks and also works around a back condition I have. He pushes me to achieve more each week without me even realising it and I genuinely enjoy the sessions. Although he can't count.. I swear when I've already done my 20 reps, he tells me I have another 4 to go :)

William is a great trainer, I’ve trained with him for some time and his knowledge and patience for my ever fluctuating motivation has been great. Totally made me see it’s about small goals and changes...if it was easy, everyone would be an Adonis!! He uses a brilliant app that takes you through your workouts and lets you track progress...which I’ve made. He knows what works and now so do I! I even bought my partner a block with him and he’s never looked back. I’d look no further if you’re looking for a Glasgow based PT, he even has an online programme, reshape online, well worth a look too.
