Matthew is a great PT who is so helpful with his formation videos and that he is very knowledgeable. He likes to make everyone feel welcome whatever level and like to involve all strive members in things like challenges. Only been with him for a couple of months but I can already see such big improvements in my strength and physical appearance! Definitely would recommend his strive platform to beginners or anyone needing a extra push.

I am very please to have gone with Matt for my one to one PT sessions.
I consider Matt to be a good value for money, as apart from the actual training session, he provides a well structured and thought of training plan to carry out at home in between the face to face sessions.
Within the price he also offers comprehensive nutritional advice.
All in all, I found the sessions with Matt be well paced and well tailored to my needs to encourage the progress I had hoped for.
If you enjoy exercising in an outdoor setting, I would highly recommend giving Matt a try.

Matthew is everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. He pushes me to be better, try harder, focus on improving technique and building confidence. Matthew is without a doubt the best trainer in Inverness. He is so patient and passionate with clients and does everything he can to make sure they can achieve their goals. When I started with him I was 10kgs heavier and coping with chronic pain. I was scared that I would never be able to lift weights and do intense exercise again but we worked consistently and I am now the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. I lift weights with confidence and excellent form which I never thought I would be able to do. I absolutely love exercise and love my PT sessions with Matthew. I was looking for a pt for a few weeks and when I seen the amazing progress that my Auntie was making with Matthew, I decided to drop him a message and see if he would take me on board. I struggled with correcting my posture and overall general fitness. After a few months of sessions with him I am already noticing a massive difference in my fitness and my posture. He also gave me some diet recommendations which I find has really helped with my energy and mood. We are currently working on cardio which I feel I struggle abit with but after my great progress on other parts of the programme, I am already starting to notice a difference on this and I have absolutely no doubt that this will get even better over time. I've been with Matthew for just over 5 months now. When I first joined I was over weight, had a terrible diet and not active at all. Matt took his time to get to know me and also to describe in great detail how he could help me. The changes in my life have been incredible. My fitness has improved massively and I've also lost quite a bit of fat. I've also stopped smoking. Matt's coaching technique is fantastic as he will design a programme around your needs and with a little will power its very achievable. I will admit I was very sceptical if I could do this but Matt reassured me and 5 months in im enjoying it as much as I could be. Absolutely master class. I have been a client of Matthews for a couple of years now and I have recently moved onto his online Premium Strive program. Here, I have been able to push my body to the absolute max and achieve progress I had only ever dreamt possible. I cannot reccomend Matthew enough.
