My experience at MKW Fitness has been very successful so far. I started my one to one sessions last May and I've nearly lost 3 stone, my journey with Matthew has been incredible. Not only I've lost weight I've toned up and have also gained a lot of confidence around my fitness ability and in day to day life. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and what a difference the weight loss has made. I really look forward to my sessions and highly recommend MKW Fitness.

I would highly recommend MKW Fitness for an amazing one to one experience. Matthew encourages you to go that bit further than you feel you can but only because he knows you can, and not because he thinks you should! I now feel I have the confidence to go to a gym and not feel out of place!! It's fantastic what you can achieve in a very short time.

Matthew is extremely professional and will work closely with you to achieve your health and fitness goals. His positive and enthusiastic attitude are an excellent motivator to work hard in your sessions. His studio has all the equipment you need and the private setting allows you to grow confidence whilst exercising. His bootcamps are well organised and a great addition to your weekly sessions. I can’t recommend his services highly enough.

I completed the 6 week online coaching with Matthew… wow I cannot thank him enough. I have lost weight (12lbs!!!) , I fit my clothes better and feel more confident. However, more importantly I feel confident walking into the gym now when I didn’t before, my attitude to exercise and food has changed and I am soo much more motivated. If I had a bad day/weekend (food and exercise wise), Matthew did not focus on this and understands the balance between living life and exercising/being healthy, which really helped me get back on track.
