Raymond has been (and still is) one of the most supportive Personal Trainers I've worked with. He's very conscious to tailoring his sessions around my personal physical health (previous back injuries and nerve damage) to ensure I don't do any damage to previously injured areas. He's professional and friendly. We chat a lot about diet and food as well, to make sure I'm staying on top my health and fitness in all areas. The Training space we work out of is very relaxed and friendly, there all types of people training in the space, its a very inclusive environment.
I would happily vouch for Raymond any day and would recommend working with him.

When I contacted Ray I told him my goals were to increase my strength,lose a little bit of quarantine fat and improve my mental health, and those are exactly the results I got. He was always available to answer any questions I had about diet and exercise, was very encouraging and even recommended some books to read to help out with my mental health. I was only going to work with Ray for a month but stayed for longer! If I ever get off track again I'll be coming back to Ray only! Also extra points for his entertaining Instagram stories :)! 5/5

Raymond really helped me re build my confidence in the gym. His bubbly personality was infectious and this made a positive impact on my attitude towards training. His plans are structured, he does weekly check ins and offers nutritional recipies and advice.I would definitely recommend him as a PT!

I've been taking Ray's online core conditioning classes and it's been great. It's easy to put off doing at home yourself but if you have to be there for the class it makes you accountable to actually doing it! The class is the right level of not too much where it puts you off doing it but still enough to push and feel the burn and feel good finishing it. Nice and easy to follow along at home would recommend to anyone looking to keep active! Ray has even started sending us out some recipes for healthy meals which is great to compliment the classes.

Worked with Ray for a month following the re-opening of the gyms after lockdown. After only 4 weeks of training, I was pretty much back at the same level I was 4 months prior (before lockdown). The training plan worked great for me and helped me to build muscle, strength and improve my fitness. Ray is always up for a chat in the gym and provides great answers to any exercise related queries.
