I have just completed an 8 week programme. Murray took the time to understand my fitness goals and provided me with small, achievable objectives which allowed me to slowly change my bad habits.
Over this 8 week programme my relationship with nutrition has drastically changed for the better. This along with the DDP yoga and other exercise has led to me being the fittest I have been in a while whilst also lowering my frequency of injuries. Feeling that bit healthier has improved my overall well being and I cannot recommend Murray enough.

I found Murray to be a great mentor and coach by understanding my training and nutrition needs and wants, which allowed him to provide the right structure in place for me to succeed. Murray made progress achievable and manageable by outlining incremental steps which made me feel this was achievable without introducing major changes to my lifestyle.
This 6 week programme resulted me in losing 16 lbs and building significant strength in my training programme.

Would definitely recommend NXT Level Fitness, Murray is a brilliant instructor and I’m amazed at how much I’m enjoying the yoga, having never done it before.
I’m currently in training for a marathon and doing a half hour yoga session after each long distance run has slashed my recovery time, which used to leave me stiff and sore for days.
The monthly subscription option is also brilliant, as I’ve had to miss a few yoga sessions because of sickness and other commitments, but with the monthly subscription I get access to the missed classes online, which allows me to do them at home when I have the time.

I have been attending NXT Level Fitness classes for 3 years now. I can honestly say these are the best sessions to deal with any aches or pains you may have. Whether it's over worked joints or muscles through excercise or just every day posture issues this is the best way to loosen all that tension. Covid did not stop Murray keeping us right by setting up online sessions twice a week which was amazing.😊

Murray put together a personalised programme for me that has put me on the road to eradicating persistent injuries I've had for years. I thought that the injuries and constant stiffness in my back and legs were just going to be part of life, as other things I had tried in the past hadn’t worked, but within weeks of starting the programme, I noticed a huge difference and the improvement has continued. I can’t recommend Murray highly enough as he’s been a pleasure to work with and he has made me optimistic about finding a permanent solution to these injuries.

Almost 10 months on from the start of the programme and I'm still keeping up the good habits that Murray encouraged me to do. His advice has stuck with me and I feel great physically for it.

My office have been doing classes with Murray throughout lockdown and they have been fantastic. I had never done any yoga before and all of a sudden I am able to stretch muscles I never knew I had! This is the most fantastic online exercise class that we have signed up for, the lockdown has been a compete turnaround to our lives as we know it, this has been a life saver, we are doing the classes live twice a week but the online content is so great there are videos for every body to work out on certain areas that they need to strengthen and what I love the most is that they are 30 mins long which is fantastic for fitting into a daily routine, very easy. Murray is so good at simplifying the exercises in his explanations that anyone can follow, and what is the best ever is you can do it at your own pace he explains the different stages for each person whether you are a beginner or an expert,
highly recommend this class, it's a must.

Murray is a great guy, he mixes all the exercise up in blocks (each block is different) I’ve learnt a lot since I been going, it has helped my back issues I’ve had 30 + years PYP class has A Good atmosphere and most of all...it’s fun would highly recommend
