Paul is a great PT. I feel much more confident in the gym now following our sessions and I also feel like I have a lot more knowledge on things like form and nutrition etc now than I did previously. He makes the effort to really understand your goals and help you achieve them. Would definitely recommend!

Paul's one to one PT is excellent. He is extremely patient and ensures that each workout is different and well suited to your ability and goals. He uses humour and has a friendly demeanour which puts you at ease, thus allowing you to relax and focus.

Have known Paul for many years and have enjoyed taking part in his Bootcamps and FT Fit classes. Paul pushes you hard to get the best from you and the workout... which i appreciate. His cheeky sense of humour brings (i suppose) an added bonus to his classes as it does take your mind off what you're supposed to be doing... even though he forgets the time for each station during FT Fit (Haha) Top notch guy and first class trainer. I was in a bit of a rut, not fitting my clothes, starting to feel a bit low about my level of fitness. Paul was recommended by a friend and I really liked the idea that the sessions were in a private studio, and just down the road from me so I wouldn't have to take too much time out of running my own business to change how I felt. I've almost completed one block and absolutely loving the sessions. Paul is a great trainer, knows his stuff, pushes you to your limit but friendly with it! I’ve been working with Paul now about 6,7 months now and the difference has to be seen to be believed. I walked through his door for the first time at 100.7kg and 4 months later I was down to a realistic, maintainable 87kg. Losing almost 14kg was fantastic! Paul works very closely with his clients and helps you towards your goals. He also takes the time to help with a diet plan to ensure the exercise is getting as much help form the food you eat as possible. I’ve had a few trainers in the last but none that are easy easy to get with while pushing you to your limits.

Paul runs a excellent outdoor bootcamp for all abilities of fitness. Even my wife who is not fitness orientated enjoys it. It can be hard as you want to make but Paul makes it very enjoyable and joins in with the banter - sometimes at his own expense. Give it a try, you may find you will enjoy it!!!!

I started training with Paul over a year ago as he was recommended to me by a colleague as my gym sessions were not working for me. Moreover I hadn't weighed myself in ages and when I started with Paul, got on the scales and got the shock of my life. I hadn't noticed the weight creep on and was horrified about how much I had put on. Anyway long story short Paul devised a fitness plan, and I have lost about 20 pounds. Still a work in progress but doing well. He also has incredible patience as I am not the most coordinated of people. Thanks Paul, enjoy working out. ☺.
