Bonnie has been an amazing coach. I currently have an online coaching plan and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of support I have received as this is way more than I could ever have expected!
She has helped me grow, physically & mentally. Always puts ME and MY goals first, straight talk but always fighting your corner.
My confidence in myself has grown massively, I have a much more positive mindset & Bonnie has a great part to play in all of this.
Bonnie has continued to communicate, see what her community want, make changes if needed & is continuously wanting to better herself & her business!

Bonnie has quite literally changed my life! She was so professional and knowledgable (not to mention friendly and lovely) and made me feel so comfortable so quickly. I set goals to learn everything in the gym (no small feat) and boy did I learn everything! I have so many skills which I can take with me though life now. I went from being able to do not a single push up to doing 6 good ones in literally a few weeks. I wish i could have stayed with her longer - she is worth every penny. If you were stuck deciding which PT to choose, your search is over. She's incredible.

Excellent postpartum personal trainer. Bonnie designed a program for me to get back into exercise after having my baby. Not only did I regain my confidence in the gym, I also lost 7kg in a little over 3 months! I was able to do this in the comfort of my own home and without any crazy restrictions or insane workouts. Highly recommend for any one but especially for women wanting to be as healthy and fit as possible postpartum.

Bonnie has kept me on the straight and narrow for almost a year now. I've been a regular gym-user for 15 years, but my training lacked insight and direction. Bonnie provided the tools to transform both my training and mindset, and the results were immediate. I look forward to my workouts, and even the nutriton side of things (which I always figured would be the toughest part to tackle) has been so easy to fix with Bonnie's help. I’ve been with Peak to Peak for 1-2-1 PT for almost two years now. When I started out I was an unfit and unmotivated stranger to the gym who didn’t look beyond classes taught in the dark, once a week, so no one could see me work out. Fast forward to now and I’m not only much fitter and more confident in the gym, but look forward to going 4 days a week, and have a much better quality of life in all that I do.
