My son had introduced me to Paul since I have problems with weakness in my legs and was struggling to keep golfing which I have done for 60 years. Paul has tailored a program to help fire my glutes and take some pressure of my legs and I have noticed a big improvement over the last 5 months allowing me to stay significantly more active. Even at my age being able to stay active is a big plus.

I had searched for a Personal Trainer in the Southside of Glasgow throughout Covid lockdown and we came across Paul. He has been excellent in both group sessions, where I first met him and then more recently individual where I’ve seen a huge difference in my fitness. Paul listened and made a bespoke programme for me, as well as coached me through a new diet plan, which has resulted in me losing 19lb in 7 weeks. I’m feeling a lot healthier and we’re now focusing on my next phase of fitness. Couldn’t recommend Paul highly enough for anyone who’s looking to lose weight, get fitter and generally feel healthier.

Paul has been a really marvellous personal trainer for me. With his understanding of physiology, he has been able to develop plans and strategies to help me recover from various running injuries. Paul also has a very keen interest in nutrition, not just the standard PT high protein low carbs knowledge. In using this Paul has also helped me overcome a couple of health issues by identifying where I could deficiencies and recommending a supplement. More recently, I had lost motivation to keep running and working out and a change in work schedule has meant I don't have the same time to commit to going to the gym and running. Paul has taken this on board and helped me develop a programme that will work with my time constraints.

I have been training with Paul for 8 months and can say that in this time I have seen a remarkable change in my fitness, body shape and weight. From the beginning Paul has encouraged me to eat correctly and has provided constant guidance. Initially I believed I could get away with training while eating as I used to however once I started following Paul's advice I saw changes very quickly. Paul is an ex-army PTI who has also undertaken courses in nutrition etc so he know's what he is talking about! With Paul's help I now have a 'clean diet' and do believe you cannot out-train a bad diet. Each PT session is different - Paul likes to keep you on your toes. We often do a mix of cardio, weights, body resistance training and HIIT/ Tabatta. Paul pushes you hard and genuinely wants to see you fulfil your potential and achieve your fitness goals. I will definitely continue training with Paul in order to achieve my goals which I know I can achieve.

I have trained with Paul for over 4 years now and I can honestly say he is absolutely brilliant. I had a lot of difficulties with my back and had tried several different professionals prior to him but sadly this had next to no impact on my pain. Paul also works as a therapist and with his knowledge and encouragement I was gradually able to regain function and take back control in my life.
If anyone has ever had chronic pain then they will understand just how terrible an infliction this is and how it impacts on all aspects of your life. I did a lot of rehab exercises and we did a lot of treatments too. I now work out at the gym regularly with Paul.
I managed to go in and have another baby with minimal impact on my functioning. This was nothing short of miraculous and I will always be really grateful to Paul and all the help he has given me. I really cannot rate him highly enough for his knowledge, professionalism and honestly.

Paul has an amazing knowledge of physiology not only has he helped keep me fit for over 20 years he has helped me overcome various injuries including surgery he adapts the training sessions to fit whenever I’ve had problems with broken bones , spinal surgery , pulled muscles etc
He has the expertise to safely work round problems and to help the rehabilitation as well as being a first class personal trainer
I Highly recommend Paul to anyone wishing to lead a healthier life . First class person too .
