It is so many years since I regularly did any exercise and I continued to bury my head in the sand about the need to!
About 6-months ago, I finally took the step, meeting with Priya for a no-obligation assessment and chat.
I have to say, this is the best decision that I have taken in a long time. Priya is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging, helping me to identify realistic objectives and work towards them, always willing to offer guidance and support with a smile and humour.
Her passion and professionalism are apparent in the preparation she makes for every session, putting in a lot of time to ensure that each session is full of variety and a lot of fun.
I am now committed to 1-2-1 sessions, two to three times a week and have not felt so healthy and focused for years, making continual improvement along the way.
I leave each work-out exhausted but exhilarated, motivated for the next session.

I started with Priya's group classes and was so happy with her knowledge and style that I began 1 to 1 sessions. They were absolutely fantastic, I felt comfortable right from the beginning and she made all exercises easy to approach and helped me to understand each movement and explained the benefits. Priya adapted my workouts as my fitness grew and tracked all of my progress. I saw and felt lots of progress and had fun in the process. I can't recommend Priya enough, I take my friends to her group sessions too because they were so great. She's also a lovely person who will encourage you to do your best and feel good about yourself.

Priya is quite the happy PT! Always cheery and positive. I was impressed with Priya straight away who on the first consultation had looked into the sports I did to get a better understanding of them to help me. She's guided me through my pregnancy so I know what I can do safely whilst still putting in the effort. She is a wealth of knowledge.
