Sean is an excellent personal trainer with a great approach to working with people at all levels of their fitness and health journey. He has helped me to achieve beyond what I thought my abilities are and training with him is always challenging but never boring 😂 You will be kept motivated and encouraged at all times in an excellent environment. I never considered using a PT before but I'm now on my second block of sessions with Sean and see it as an essential part of my routine.
