Sharon is absolutely fantastic and completely changed my outlook on exercise. I've always struggled to get the motivation to go to a gym so as a last resort, got in contact with Sharon to see if outside exercise would be better and it completely changed everything. Sharon is patient and pushes you to do your best. She is a pleasure to hang out with too so it makes the time go by quickly while getting in a great workout. I'm in a completely different place today than when I started and it is 100% down to Sharon. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

I've been training with Sharon for a couple of years. Sharon is an excellent coach and knows when to push you harder and when you really can do no more! I thoroughly look forward to a good workout each week. Making a commitment to getting outside even in the most miserable weather helps to push me, when I might ordinarily skip a workout in the rain or snow. Her dietary advice and approach to fitness is sensible, practical and fun.

I have been attending Sharon’s classes both indoors and outdoors for 5 years now and thoroughly enjoy them.
Sharon is bubbly and fun and always manages to make exercise not feel like a chore! She switches the routines up frequently so her classes are never dull or monotonous and is great at keeping you motivated whilst doing everything she can to help you reach your weight loss and health goals.

I have been going to Sharon's bootcamp for a year now and find it one of the most motivating classes I have been to. Sharon's experience and knowledge make this class very productive and I have seen my fitness levels increase steadily over time. I can now run at a good pace for the the class without feeling terrible (which I did at the start!) and manage most of the exercises. I have worked muscles I did not know I had. But it's Sharon's enthusiasm and banter (and singing) that really make the class and she encourages me to do more than I would on my own. Would recommend her to anyone looking to get fit with fun.

Excellent personal trainer and genuinely lovely person
I started group classes and PT sessions with Sharon not long after my second baby. Sharon is an excellent personal trainer, she knows her stuff and is very encouraging and motivating. Not only that, she is genuinely one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She is funny, caring and shows interest in the people she works with. My oldest daughter is always asking when she will next see Sharon, mummy's exercise friend :-)

Sharon is a fantastic personal trainer who I now count as a good friend. She will work you really hard but will go easy on you if necessary (for example if you have an injury) and tailor the workout accordingly. She is really flexible and helpful when planning PT sessions. I achieve so much more working out with her than doing exercise by myself or going to the gym. Sharon is positive, encouraging and we always have a great laugh, but I feel the burn the day afterwards!

I have been training with Sharon for 4 years now and I absolutely love our one to one sessions. She is always energetic and bubbly and she really makes exercise fun. No matter if it’s hail, rain or sunshine, we’ll be out running hills and jumping up and down. I always feel encouraged to try something new and Sharon switches up what we do each week so I’m never bored. I feel like I have improved massively in my fitness over the years and recently ran a 10k, which I never would’ve been able to do without those years of building up my strength and endurance with Sharon. We train hard, but it is all while having a good giggle and a chat. Would recommend Sharon Hutt highly!

Sharon is an excellent PT. I was quite nervous at the start and she honestly made me feel so at ease with her amazing personality. She made training enjoyable (which was a first for me). I even laughed while doing exercise.... also a first for me! Haha! Thanks Sharon. You're a fantastic motivator, and a lovely friendly person - who is really patient and great with encouraging me and motivating me to do even better. Some of the exercises which she had me do were really unusual and different from the usual. I certainly knew I'd had a work out the next day. Thanks for pushing me and keeping me going! Sharon is a great Personal Trainer. She is inspirational and so good at what she does. She is a brilliant motivator, so encouraging and always has you working out to your full potential.

Sharon is fantastic at what she does. When I first started my sessions I had not exercised in a long time however, Sharon took this into consideration and tailored it to my capabilities and altered it at each session as my fitness level grew. Sharon helped me gain confidence in my abilities with each session even on days when I insisted I couldn’t do certain things but by the end of the session I had done it and more! I felt amazing on my wedding day and it’s all down to Sharon for pushing me, checking in on my eating and offering advice when I struggled.

I had never done an exercise class in my life. Was totally apprehensive about it, but that was short lived
Sharon very quickly makes you feel welcome.
Her class is extremely enjoyable and absolutely pushes you to your limits.
She also takes her time her time to give you alternative moves until you are able to push to the next level.

I first contacted Sharon in April 2018 and started twice weekly sessions to help me lose weight, have more energy and to help me start my family. Having PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) I found it difficult to lose weight but Sharon helped keep me motivated. After working with Sharon for both PT sessions and nutritional advice I lost 3 stone and inches from my body too! I kept attending sessions during my pregnancy and now that my son is 12 weeks old I am looking forward to returning to my personal training sessions (something I never thought I would say).

Sharon Hutt is a perfect example of a personal trainer. I contacted Sharon after a hip operation as I wanted to get back to fitness. Sharon, takes the time to get to know you as well as catering her training to adapt to what works best for you. I got in touch with Sharon after my second baby. I was very unfit and about 2 stone overweight. I was feeling really rubbish about myself and about getting back into exercise. Sharon was so supportive and encouraging, she made me feel so much more positive about exercise again. She is really easy to chat to and laugh with as well as working you hard enough for it to make it worth it! I saw Sharon weekly for about 10months and it’s down to her that I lost all the weight and was able to enjoy running again. I’ve recently started back and got some friends involved too! I first asked Sharon to work with me as I was trying to get pregnant with my first child. I was very overweight and unfit. She got me moving again and I fell pregnant. She continued to work with me through pregnancy and kept me motivated to stay active. As a result I had a fantastic pregnancy and once baby was born I was 4 stone lighter. I attended classes as well as having one to one sessions and I can honestly say I have never had so much fun getting fit. Started off with sharon years ago when she used to teach aerobics and LBT at the playdrome. Then started PT with sharon she works me hard but at the same time I get a good laugh. When she says I have a new move for you the fear strikes in 😂. What I love about PT with sharon is that she does all the moves along with you and keeps you motivated unlike the PT in my gym🤔. Sharon has excellent knowledge and is always keeping my sessions fresh and new with some classics thrown in there. In all the years I've known sharon ive member found another LBT class like hers.
