I’ve been training with Stefano for almost 8 months now and I can’t recommend him enough. His training method is tailored to my needs, making the sessions a positive journey. I would definitely recommend him for absolutely beginners like myself as he is approachable, very knowledgeable and patience and thank to him I went from being short of breath by a simple walk to going to the gym three times a week. I didn't know my body and my mind were so capable, so thank you Stefano for showing me, step by step, that everything is achievable if you know how to start.

Stefano is the best personal trainer I have ever had! My boyfriend and I have been with him for 5 months now and I am successfully down 40lbs! I really recommend him as a trainer for couples or solo. He focuses on a sustainable workout and diet program which has been so encouraging and positive for me. Im getting stronger everyday and feeling more confident thanks to him. Even outside of the gym hours he catches up with you to make sure your doing okay and is always around to answer any questions. I can’t recommend him enough =)

I started personal training with Stefano in September of last year. I had been contemplating for quite a while about working out. My biggest problem is not being able to motivate myself. My worst nightmare is to join a gym and workout alone. Starting out with him was a great decision and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it. I've been training with Stefano since October 2020. This was the first time I had ever worked with a PT and I'm really glad I got in touch with him. He's a friendly, laidback guy but also a real motivation in the gym. He's helped me with not only my training routine, but with my diet too. I've seen great progress following the programme he set for me, and throughout lockdown when all the gyms were closed he still offered support and at home training routines so I didn't lose all that progress. Whatever level you are when it comes to training, I'd 100% recommend Stefano. He's patient enough to coach people who are just starting out or who need more guidance, and knowledgable enough to help elevate longtime gym goers. Plus, he's really affordable considering how good a PT he is.
