I’ve been going to Jack at Studio West Fitness for about a year now and have made some amazing progress with strength, awareness of nutrition and all round fitness. Right from the get go I received work out plans tailored to what we were looking to achieve and if I ever had any questions regarding them or anything related to the fitness plan , Jack’s always been happy to help. Being able to blast through the workout plans on my own at the gym has been class and this is due to the knowledge and confidence Jack has instilled in to me 🤝

Visited Jack’s studio on the 16th June for an hour’s session - a gift from my daughter. I had thought I was doing OK with my exercise routine. However after the session with Jack I realised I’d been missing out in so many ways. Jack is brilliant at coaching and I can’t recommend him enough. He even followed up the session with a video exercise plan to remind me of the routine I should follow.

The only PT I would ever go to in Glasgow. Jack is a wonderful trainer and all round great guy. I came to him wanting to learn more about how to use different equipment and gain muscle - I’m now much more confident training alone and understanding what my body needs. Whole heartedly recommend.

I have been training at SWF for a year and have completely transformed (body, strength and form). Jack taught me how to squat correctly and all the basics I had missed. I've learned so much. He's very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. The gym is private and beautiful. I love every session.
