Garry helped me get my motivation for exercising back again. He takes time to get to know what works for you as an individual and build a schedule to suit. The training app was an added benefit - tracking exercise routines and health improvements.

I have been training with Garry almost a year and I never had a PT such committed and professional. I experienced a visible change in my appearance and my health within the first month. I was having a hard time finding my motivation to exercise after the lockdown and decided I needed some help. I started seeing Garry few times a week and quickly found the joy in exercising again. Garry is a great motivator and it’s always nice to go to the gym knowing that not only will you get a good workout but also a good chat.
Garry helped me to build my strenght and get more confident in the gym. He also showed me various stretch techniques which have really helped with my bad shoulder. Garry always listens your wishes and goes the extra mile to make sure you achieve your goals.

I was in a bad place in December 2021, I had gained 30 kg throughout the year followed by my bad lifestyle habits.
This was when I signed up and started my sessions with Gary and ever since I haven’t felt more confident and motivated in my life. it had not only helped me feel better physically; look better physically, yet allowed me to feel mentally sharp and more motivation with external activities outside the gym.
A year and bit has passed and I have dropped 20kg gained 15% muscle mass and lost about 10% body fat.
Furthermore, he is always pushing me to be the best me I can, almost like a mentor and I’m very grateful for it.🙏🏽

Had trained for a long time on my own but had reached a plateau, so decided to try a PT. Garrys programmes were unlike anything I’d ever done before and introduced me to different ways to train, using trx and mixing up my workouts making them both challenging and interesting. I’ve never trained so hard or got such good gains. He really listened to my needs and what I wanted and it’s definitely personal training and not one size fits all. What can I say about Gary. He is a brilliant PT. I explained what I wanted to work on and he really got a workout plan for me and helped me achieve my goals.
I had lost a lot of weight due to not eating well and smoking a lot on top. I asked Gary to help me with a plan that I can motivate myself in terms of going to the gym on a regular basis and also to help me with a good diet plan so that I can have more meals and start putting on the weight that I had lost.
When I booked a few sessions in the start with him, Gary really made me work hard and also kept me motivated to not give up. He really takes pride in all his sessions you book with him.
I have booked more sessions with Gary and got loads of my friends going to him as well.

I began working with Tao Fitness at 'The Gym' near the beginning of the year with specific goals in mind. Tao wrote me a personalised workout plan and worked out my nutritional requirements to help me achieve my targets. Tao works with TRX and he introduced me to it properly with various different exercises that were challenging and very effective! Combined with gym floor exercises, I was seeing changes in my physique week by week. Tao is a great listener, down to earth and a supportive mentor. Do not hesitate to work with him wherever you are on your fitness journey. He will curate the perfect regime for you that if you follow strictly, will get you those awesome results. Me, I was already confident in the gym but working with Tao elevated me on my journey to train smarter. Working out for nearly two years now and lockdown set me back I had no idea how to lose the weight I had put on as I always, primarily, worked on putting on muscle. With the help of Gary I was able to lose 3.5kg in 4 weeks. He provides a standard of service I feel few would. He has an app that lets you log workouts and he is available near 24/7 if you ever have a question. I seriously can’t recommend him enough 😁!

I joined the gym last year and slipped away from going very rapidly and lacked drive.
Gary had done my induction so I got in touch with him to see what options were available for training to pick myself up. I used to go to gym feeling intimidated a lot and had a complete lack of knowledge of what I really wanted.
Gary set the pace and instantly was able to push me to my limits but at same time helped me strive for more! All of this was brilliant as he could tell what my limits were and would not push me too far but at the same time making excellent progress.
I now go to the gym with a lot of confidence and have a vast knowledge of almost everything and know what direction I want to go and most importantly I don’t feel intimidated at all.

I met Gary, about a year ago and he has completely changed the way I workout, from showing me various stretch techniques for before and after workouts, to showing me how to use the TRX ropes and some intense leg training which I had difficulties with in the past. Having not been to the gym in years I wanted to get back into it and worked with Garry to re-introduce me to exercise! He created a really varied set of sessions for me to do on my own (using the app) and spent two sessions per week for 4 weeks with me. He was very patient and explained each exercise, showing me alternatives to use if I needed them. Would definitely recommend Garry and hope to do more sessions with him in the future.
