Year in, year out this is always a First Class Gym. Well managed and maintained, friendly atmosphere and superb training advice from an expert trainer. As far as gyms go this place is unbeatable. I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone who is wanting to get into shape, or for advanced competition standard weight lifters and bodybuilders. Brilliant gym!

Good gym, never been in where I can't get on a certain pieces kit. Free weights and plenty machines. Good big side room to go off and stretch off after a workout.
