J. P.I have been training with Katy for a while and have found it a really enjoyable and rewarding experience. Katy's purpose built gym is well equipped, bright and modern, I love working in there. Katy is highly trained and takes a hollisic view of fitness health and well being, no doubt borrowing on her training as a GP! I have never had such a detailed training experience and important to me is that she places firm emphasis on weekly progression but alongside safety and enjoyment. Goals are set and met but at a sustainable pace, Katy encourages a long term approach to getting in shape to avoid burnout. Katy is so reassuring and creates a relaxed supportive environment but there is no skiving and you are pushed to the edge of your ability. Workouts are different every week which keeps it interesting and homework it set too, I've felt really encouraged coming back form injury and felt my fitness flexibility and confidence increase rapidly. I am delighted with my training and would highly recommend it.
A. S.What an amazing PT. Katy is. She listens to what your fitness goals are and gives you 24/7 support and guidance on how to reach them. PT sessions with Katy are a pleasure not a chore. It's like catching up with a friend with some exercise thrown in. ❤️
