G.I had the best experience working with Caroline at unit 1 fitness, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and motivated throughout my sessions and made excellent progress in my fitness journey with Caroline’s help and encouragement. I am so pleased with how far I have come and I couldn’t have got to where I am now without Caroline’s help. Overall my time at unit 1 was amazing and cannot stress enough for people to get involved. Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here.
