I've struggled with my weight and body image for years now.
I started training with Kelly to try and shift some of the extra weight I've put on, and to gain strength so I can improve at my hobbies; trapeze and pole dance.
Kelly has been fantastic support, and though my journey I have come to count her as a friend as well as my trainer. She is vastly knowledgeable about nutrition and training and how to get the best results for me as an individual. Everyone is unique and having this personal tailor made service makes a huge difference.
With health in mind (both physical and mental) she helped me to devise a plan and completely flipped my thinking about nutrition and eating, being mindful of my vegan diet and making sure I was getting the nutrients I needed.
As soon as we made this switch things started to change. With support and encouragement along the way, training with Kelly always helped to keep me focused, on track and feeling great about my weekly progress.
Even in weeks where I dont see much change I always leave feeling great about myself and ready to take on the world.
Having my progress tracked in not just weight but also measurements has been fantastic as it allows me to better understand my body, the balance between body fat and muscle, and the impact on my metabolism. I feel that since I've been working with Kelly I have a far better understanding of how my body works and how to fuel it to be its best.
My confidence has soared since starting my journey and although I still have a little way to go to reach my goals I feel confident that I can do so, and that I now have the foundation to continue my success.

I contacted Martin almost 6 years ago after a slipped disc. I'd been on long term sick leave and at one point thought I'd have to give up work altogether. Weekly training with Martin has genuinely been life changing for me- I was back running and doing a normal gym routine in no time. I've had very few problems with my back since and I now know how to manage any back pain before it spirals. Martin has also been my PT through 3 pregnancies and has been fantastic in helping me maintain fitness and flexibility through each one. I can't recommend him enough!
