Alex has been my personal trainer for two years now, he has helped me achieve my goals to date and love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and is very motivating and encouraging. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, technique and form are a must but If motivation, flexibility and a personal approach is what your looking for then Alex is your man!!! Alex has been my PT for about 4 months. I have found him to be very professional and knowledgeable; he has a great system which really help you get the best from your training as well as weight loss. Excellent PT with strong motivational skills
I wasn't sure what to expect from a PT as I have never lifted weights before so needed training from scratch on techniques and posture as well as nutrition and weight loss.
Alex really built my confidence quickly and got me lifting more than I thought possible. He kept me going on bad days and encouraged me to push harder or rest at the right times.

I've never had a PT before as I've always felt too conscious, but Alex is very approachable and professional in his training. We spent some time going over my goals and ways to safely and realistically achieve them. He explains everything in detail and is very encouraging. I'm really pleased with my training, I'm leaning alot about my body and its limits and how i can maximise my other workouts. I can't wait until my next one!

Alex is an amazing PT! I went to him with no knowledge of what to do to loose weight and within the 1st month I saw amazing results. I have learned so much while enjoying my workouts that were accommodated to gym closures and changed once they opened back up. Alex is an amazing PT, he helps me consolidate the knowledge I already have and tweek my diet, training regime and form.
By sticking to his advice I have gained muscle, strength and lost fat.
It's a struggle to lose fat and retain muscle sometimes but Alex's book gave me all the information I needed to keep it clean and lean.

Great trainer. Learnt a lot from Alex. It’s important to train the right way to help you get the most from your time in the gym. Alex helps you do that. Also helped me with my tendonitis and showed me how to strengthen the tendon.

I'm a lazy unmotivated individual, who loves eating all the wrong things that resulted in me gaining 5st. I knew I wasn't going to lose the weight without support and seeing others reccomend Alex on Facebook decided to reach out to him. He did his research on my issues and had so much time to discuss and talk things over. He set goals that were achieveable and is there for support when needed. After my first week with his support, I am already seeing results, he has motivated me and made me feel positive about exercise, i would go as far as saying I enjoy exercise for the first time in over 10 years. He is very knowledgable and patient, takes things at your pace and is reassuring. If like me you find motivation to exercise difficult and dont want to fad diet, Alex is dedinately the trainer for you!!! (And all this during non contact lockdown)

A complete service from providing tailored workout plans with nutrition monitoring and advice, to teaching the technical aspects of exercises (important if you want to stay injury free), whilst being available between sessions for any questions you might have, this guy will help you achieve whatever your health/fitness/exercise goals are. For me, it also helps that he’s an MCU fan. He’s also a fan of the DCEU as well, but hey, nobody’s perfect 🤭
