I joined bootcamp in 2018 and have never looked back. The people there are friendly and welcoming and Brendan is great! He will push you and make sure he gets the best out of you (even if you don’t feel it at the time 😂). Every session is different so there’s no chance of you getting bored with the same routine. Make sure you always ask for the song Roxanne, it’s worth it! 😉

Its my one year anniversary of joining BH bootcamp and boy what a year, I have never stuck at anything exercise wise for so long and I owe this to Brendan and all his lovely clients. He pushes you when needed, great variety of exercises, awesome venue with top equipment. The guys and girls that attend made me so welcome and we have such a great laugh. Can not recommend enough, five stars all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

I signed up 2 months ago and have already lost a stone. I was really nervous to start with but everyone is super friendly and supportive. I'm looking forward to working out for the first time in ages. Brendan is motivating, knows everybody's capabilities, and pushes us all to our individual limits to get the most out of us. If you're looking for a great workout with great people and a fab instructor I couldn't recommend it enough.

The BEST place to exercise!!
After first starting with Brendan over 7 years, I have left to have my daughter or to try standard gyms to work around work schedules... but I always come back! The workouts always challenge you, whether you are used to working out 5 times a week, or your only exercise up to this point is walking around the block! The team spirit and encouragement amongst the campers is awesome! The gym itself is great and has so much kit to utilise.
The main reason this bootcamp works though... is the Boss Man! Brendan is fun, approachable and adapatable so will quickly help alter an exercise if you are having difficulty. However... he will also push you! If he knows you can do it, he will make sure you know it too and show you that you can do more than you thought possible!
I am getting back into regular classes after a few months off again, simply put- nowhere compares.
If you want to lose weight, tone, bulk, get fitter or just meet a bunch of nutters throwing slam balls at all hours! This is your family!

BH Boot Camp has been great for me. Combined with a healthy diet I’ve lost weight and feel great. Had never done a boot camp before but now hooked and love the sessions. So much more the just exercise. Great for all abilities and the group is very welcoming. Would definitely recommend joining the BH Boot Camp family.

After much thought (due to time, commitment, cost, the usual things you consider) I decided to try a taster session with BH back in the summer of 2021. I was made to feel welcome from day 1 by BH and the BH family. Everyone is there to reach their own targets but we are all there to have fun while doing it. It's not like any other boot camp I have been to before due to the added support BH provides, weather its help or advice on fitness or diet, his communication is spot on. Every session is different and he will take the time to make sure you are doing the exercise right so you get the best from it! I have never regretted my decision to join. He also offers varried times and days meaning I was able to commit to a block of sessions that worked for me.

So about 20 years after leaving the Army and hating the idea of doing classes, thinking I had plenty of self motivation I was convinced to try BH Boot Camp.
I have never looked back, it’s been about 3 years now and I attend every session I can, it’s a laugh, it’s hard work, and you definitely get out of it what you put in.
If you’re undecided, give it a try, a real friendly bunch of people who support each other and a great motivational leader in Brendan, who is not your typical PT, his relaxed approach and variety of exercises means no two sessions are the same and you never know what’s coming. If you have an injury he can offer alternate exercises to avoid making it worse, I rarely burn less than 650-700 calories per session.

From the moment I joined bootcamp I have felt very welcome, everyone is really friendly with all levels of fitness. I've been going for 4 years now and can honestly say every session has been different. Brendan mixes up a combination of weights and cardio everytime, no boring gym routines here. Love bootcamp, would absolutely not be without it!!!

This is my 8th year of doing Brendan’s Bootcamp I only missed it when Covid hit!
I love it. It’s so much better a gym in my opinion because if you don’t go he’ll message to find out where you are so then you feel bad. Also it’s different all of the time so it never gets boring! Everyone is super friendly and helpful towards each other. It doesn’t matter your age, size, gender or anything you just become part of the Bootcamp family x

I love going to bootcamp as we all support each other and get constant support with the bootcamp page. There’s lots of advice on eating better and recipes to try and how to maintain a healthy diet with still having your favourite things. I’ve stuck at Bootcamp longer than any gym membership as it’s always different so I never bored!
