Dale has been a fantastic personal trainer for both me and my wife. My wife has been with Dale for more than half a year before I joined and we now have a duo session once a week. Dale is a great motivator and even in our duo training session, manages to give us both his personal attention. Dale will post daily on our WhatsApp group with tips and recommendations on how to achieve our goals and at the start of every session, will measure both our weight and fat (we are both trying to lose weight and fat). Even just one session a week has been hugely rewarding and worth every penny. We highly recommend Dale as a personal trainer, whether you are brand new, a novice or long term gym user.

I’ve been training with Dale PT for over 18 months now. In that time I’ve dropped a dress size and got leaner and much fitter.
I train with a friend and that really helps with the motivation and enjoyment of the session. The exercises are mixed up and this variety prevents the sessions becoming boring or repetitive.
I’m convinced an hour with Dale each week is better than 3 hours on your own in the gym!

I have been training with Dale for 4 weeks now. He is always positive and encouraging and doesn’t judge you when you’ve had a bad week off the wagon. He constantly gives you support both in the gym and out side of it, he’s a very knowledgable guy and is always on hand to get advice from. I decided I needed to get back into a bit of shape and loose some weight. I had become a bit sluggish and podgy! I called Dale who couldn't be more helpful in getting me in for a FREE consultation. This was the first step. A quick questionnaire about my lifestyle and habits to get an idea of what I was after and how Dale and his team could get me to achieve my goals. Dale has been working twice a week with myself since March. We clicked straight away, very easy to get along with. Dale very quickly understood my limits and knows exactly how and when to push me to get the most out the sessions. I'm now loosing weight and over 10% body fat gone & have much more energy. I was definitely daunted by the gym environment before calling Dale, however Dale and his team made the process easy. The sessions are tough, very tough at times, but having someone there to push you just that little bit further really does help. I started training with Dale in January 2016. In that time I've discovered strength I never knew I had, cut my body fat by 14% and lost around 2 stone in weight. Whilst I allow myself little treats, I have completely changed my eating habits and as a result noticed a massive increase in energy levels and my skin (so not just weight or body related improvements!) has never been in better condition. I spent years trying every fad diet but only gained weight, I was very depressed and hated the way I looked. I was fed up of buying bigger and bigger clothes, After a very embarrassing incident trying to lock my harness on a rollercoaster I realised I needed help. I have been having PT sessions will Dale for 12 months now and it's the best thing I have done. I have lost nearly 5 stone, I am fitter and healthier than I have ever been. I have gone from getting out of breath walking up a flight of stairs to be able to run 8 miles and have registered for a half marathon next year. Dale is a very positive person he never makes me feel bad if I fall off the food wagon or struggle with an exercise he is always encouraging. His workouts are never boring and are full of variety. I know I would have given up when it got tough a long time ago but Dale always pushes me on and to go further. He is very knowledgeable and full of great advice and tips. He is also a great guy. I initially started looking for a personal trainer because I wanted to improve my endurance when playing football and also improve my poor posture. Dale was recommended to me by a friend and after the free consultation I knew I didn’t need to look any further. For someone who hasn't done any proper exercise since primary school, I can honestly say I was dreading going but Dale has been very encouraging and supportive. I've been carrying oùt personal training for the past few years with various pt's and have enjoyed the variety. I had got to the stage where I needed new challenges as for me it wasn't about gaining fitness and losing weight as I was content with this. I signed up with Dale for a body strengthening programme and look forward to the sessions to be pushed to my potential. Dale is very experienced and can pick up on your technique as to where improvement is required. During our sessions my issues with regards to restriction of movement in my hips has been highlighted and exercises during sessions and homework have been put in place (yes- I did say homework!!) 😂 I have started to notice a difference in my strength each week and is amazing how this helps and compliments my other sport that I like to play. Dale is friendly, approachable and is dedicated to you during your session. throughly recommend! Give it a go- you won't regret it.

Since turning 30 I noticed I was not only gaining weight but the cellulite on my legs and thighs had become very noticeable. When I was in Jamaica this summer I saw a video of myself walking around the pool and was horrified at how bad it was. I looked around at other ladies older than myself and their cellulite was half as bad as my own. I knew my diet was poor but as I have never been overweight I thought I could get away with consistently eating junk food. This was my wake up call, I realised no amount of starving myself and following ridiculous faddy diets was going to work.
Dale was recommend by a friend so I took the opportunity to do things correctly. I've now been with dale for 8 weeks training just two sessions per week combined with a healthy clean diet.. I can't believe that in such a short amount of time I've not only lost weight but my cellulite has massively reduced and my whole body shape has changed..
I think for the first time in years I'm starting to feel so much better about myself and would highly recommend Dale to anyone. Dale is very knowledgeable and very easy to approach.. I wouldn't go with anyone else 10/10.

I started in October 2015 and have been with Dale as my PT since early 2016. I haven't looked back since and have often thought why I didn't I start all of this years before as the benefits and the way I feel about myself since starting have been tremendous. Before starting I was getting steadily heavier and heavier. I lied to myself that I could control my weight if I wanted too and imagined I was lighter than I really was. I just put it down to getting older and taking no exercise. Buying clothes in a larger size every time was just of those things. It seemed like a big awakening when I finally took a real look at myself in the mirror one day and took notice of how breathless I was just climbing a few flights of stairs. Starting off was a real surprise! I thought I'd get loads of put-downs and feel even worse about myself but the reverse was true! I got loads of encouragement with plans set up for regular exercise and improved diet. Even my humble attempts at the beginning were met with positive responses. My diet habits were looked into and I felt personally motivated to change things around. So, today, after a year I've lost loads of weight and my fitness levels have improved beyond anything I could have thought possible and I look and feel so much better about myself. I'll be honest and say it hasn't been a straightforward journey. There have been hurdles such as xmas, full-board holidays and other events. Life I suppose!
My feelings are though that it's all under control, even the step backs get turned around. The way I feel about myself now both mentally and physically has given me a real can-do attitude. I know I couldn't havie done this without Dale. He's given me so much advice and encouragement, for exercise and diet, over the months and is really knowledgeable and professional. I do weekly gym sessions with Dale plus weekly indoor and outdoor fit camp sessions as well. Dale is always positive and upbeat and I feel motivated by him to continue and I'm really glad to have him as my PT. I've quite a way to go yet to reach my personal target that we've discussed and with Dale I know I'll get there thank goodness. Loving it all !!!.
