I have been working with Harry since March. He has transformed my gym experiences and the results are great. I feel fitter and stronger than I have for 30 years and my well-being and mental health have greatly improved. His sessions are easy to follow, well structured and very enjoyable. He knows when to encourage and when to push you further and all done in a very supportive manner. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Was lucky to have Harry prepare me for my initial military training which i then completed with ease. Especially since i didn't perform much exercise on my own before hand. Harry still sets up workout programs and advice for me and occasionally i take part in his circuit sessions. Enthusiastic and always driving the best out of you for whatever you want to do. He's been No' 1 for me.

Really knowledgeable, great at keeping me motived, often checking in to see how I’m getting on between sessions. He created a plan to follow based on my goals which has really helped me stay focused. I decided to try personal training sessions as a way to reach my goal as I was struggling to do it on my own, and I’m glad I did. Getting ready for my first session I was really anxious as I didn’t know what to expect, but I had no reason to be, Harry was brilliant, he talked me through everything and the plan for the session, he made me feel at ease and soon my anxiety subsided. The session was great and Harry gave me lots of advice on how to reach my goal. He has personalised a programme for me based on my goals and often checks up to see how I’m doing.
