I’ve used Kay for a little while now and have felt my physical fitness improve so much!

I have now been training with Kay since beginning of the year (2018) & this is the longest time I have ever spent with one trainer. The reason being Kay makes training fun, whereas previously I have had to force myself now I actually look forward to it. Kay constantly monitors my progress adjusting the programme which adds much needed variety. I thoroughly recommend this very dedicated lady to anyone.

Kay is superb, she sorted out a program for me that fits around my shift work and keeps in touch throughout the week to help keep me motivated and out of the chip/kebab/cake shop. During my training session she works out with me which really helps. Within days of starting her programme I felt leaner, fitter and just all round better. Highly recommended.
