I've been working with Kevin since the beginning of September and the progress I've made has been brilliant. Before working with Kevin, l was intimidated by weight training, but I've become confident when working out in the gym.
Kevin has set me a flexible workout routine which is frequently updated as I progress. Kevin also helps me with my nutrition, monitoring my calorie and protein intake to ensure I'm on the correct path to reach my goals.
Whether it's during a one to one session or not, Kevin has always been available to answer any of my many many questions at all hours of the day! I would definitely recommend Kevin as a mentor to help you reach your goals!

Kevin is an awesome coach! Despite having lifted for years I signed up with Kevin and he completely rejuvenated my training, creating more structure, discipline and focus to my routine. He's always on hand with regular communication throughout the week and the sessions are great- he has the right balance of patience and understanding but will still push you to keep on progressing.
He also taught me new skills in olympic weightlifting with the snatch and clean+jerk with great technical insight, knowledge and application. Can't recommend Kevin highly enough!

I really wasn't sure about having a PT as had no real goals in mind. After meeting Kevin I decided to give it a go for a month and nearly a year later I am still seeing Kevin. He has completely changed my outlook on attending the gym and has made the weights section feel manageable and unintimidating. I have achieved far more than I expected and Kevin has worked with me to have realistic goals.
Working full time can mean it is easy to bail on the gym but having a PT has given me a focus similar to playing in a sports team as oppose to attending ac class by myself.
Kevin is always just a message away if you have a query and always prompt in responding.

Kevin is a fantastic personal trainer and a real kind soul. He is patient but also really pushes you to do your best both inside and outside of the gym. Even though he has many clients, it always felt like I was his only one. Easy to message to ask questions or advice, always a good laugh during a work out. I couldn't reccomend Kevin enough, and already have to a number of friends. Despite moving away, I'm going to be transferring to Kevin's online coaching because he's just that good!

I have been training with kevin on and off for the last two/ three years thanks to covid. Kevin is a brilliant PT, he’s always looking out for me. Anytime I’m feeling down or unmotivated, he always seems to get me energised and raring to go. He’s very professional, as he knows how to connect with his clients and put them at ease. I’m always self conscious about the way I look and sometimes have the odd panic attack but he always seems to help me. We always seem to have a laugh which makes the session go a bit quicker and takes my mind off things. I would recommend Kevin 100%, I’d like to think we challenge each other on occasion.
