Bri has been my PT for 3 years now, and quite simply I do not know what I would do without her. Over the time we have worked together, she has transformed my body and my mindset. Things I thought I would never be able to do are now part of my regular routine. Friends, family and colleagues remark on how my posture and tone have improved. Bri keeps me motivated and tailors my sessions to my needs, often making last minute adjustments depending on my mood/level of sleep deprivation. Sessions might focus on body weight strength training, cardio, HIIT, pilates or mobility. Bri focuses on my body's needs and is skilled in detecting any issues. I look forward to our sessions, not only because they make me feel good, but because Bri is also very good company (helped also by our mutual love of dogs and Audrey Hepburn!).

I have been training with Bri for over a month now, I have always found it really hard to engage with gym workouts and personal training but after joining the gym and wanting to make sure that I did not injure myself I approached the personal training team, so glad I did, Bri is amazing, she really listened to me and what I want to achieve for myself. For years I have been on a waiting list for knee surgery and always told that swimming was the best exercise but I wanted to tone up and feel better. After our initial sessions I wasn't sure if I could commit to additional payments to continue my health journey, after speaking with my husband I decided I wanted to progress and really feel better and look after myself. There was no pressure from Bri at all and I explained my dilema and finacial standing. I signed up 2 days later to continue on my route to health.
I have never been in a position where a personal trainer has had genuine interest in me and listened to what I need, the advice and training that I go through on a weekly basis is fun and motivational and I know I can count on Bri if I need to check in on anything at all whether related to food, exercise or mood. Thank you for being you Bri, I really believe that we met at the right time and I was in the right head space.
If you are thinking of changing your lifesytle to become healthier or just feel better about yourself I can throughly recommend this wonderful human being to join you on your journey.

Bri was the best PT I have ever had! I had three PT’s before Bri so a lot to compare to and I had always wondered why things hadn’t worked out and now I know…they weren’t Bri! The great thing about Bri is she understood what it really meant to work on mindset and the body would follow, people always talk about being in the right mindset but never incorporate this into their coaching, its usually seen as something you figure out by yourself. Bri’s PT sessions were holistic and not only did we work on my fitness and getting back into moving my body, we also spent time working on the tools to build a better mindset, Bri held space for me and was understanding of the times when I needed to talk and discuss things before i could be in the space to exercise and she managed to balance this perfectly. My experience with Bri was amazing and would 100% recommend her to everyone.

Bri takes the time to really get to know you Your goals and your limits. As a person whose had lots of PT’s Bri is the first one whose actually got me to change my way of thinking, movement and tweaking how I eat. All these small changes makes a huge change.... and it felt like my idea 😂 Bri has knowledge on different methods of exercise whether it be cardio, Pilates, stretching or meditation. I really value the advice given to me as I know it’s not a copy and paste line. Bri is genuine, she’s awesome 👍

Bri is a wonderful person and personal trainer. You get the whole package from fitness, flexibility and mindfulness which is so important. So looking forward to working with Bri again post pandemic

Training with Bri is a joy and I never fail to complete a session feeling uplifted. I particularly like the fact the emphasis isn't all on the physical side (both exercise and nutrition) but on mental wellbeing too. Bri pushes you when she needs to but is always sensitive to your needs on any given day.
