I have been seeing Claire for the past year and she is a fantastic Personal Trainer. Claire has transformed my fitness levels- I can lift weights I never thought I would be able to and my general fitness is much improved. Her sessions are fun, motivational and stretching. I feel comfortable with Claire and really enjoy our sessions.

I have been going to the gym for years and never had a personal trainer. after having 2 children i wanted direction for my workouts. Claire has given me the skills and knowledge to really get the most from my workouts.. Claire has incredible knowledge and always makes you feel at ease. She genuinely cares about her work and making sure her clients are using the correct technique and getting the most out of their work outs. Every work out is new and set at your level. Claire has changed my entire outlook on exercise. I used to do it as a tick box exercise, now I massively enjoy it. She shows you so many different types of reps and explains what muscle it’s working ensuring you focus on the technique, which means you really feel it working your entire body! I love my PT sessions with Claire, not only are they fun and educational but you come away feeling such a buzz! My gym sessions around this are so much more considered from understanding how to really work your entire body. It’s also made easier with Claire’s app which gives me the disciple on my own to stick to a plan and lots of varied routines. I’ve noticed a definite change in my body shape, much leaner & toned but more than that I feel stronger and fitter! If you’re wanting to introduce exercise into your life and make it a habit, Claire is the person to go to. She knows everything there is to know about to get your body in shape and increase your fitness levels at your pace.

I've trained with Claire over the past year. She helped me reach my goal in 5 months, but I continued my training afterwards because she gave me the motivation and support, I needed on those off days. She has given me so much strength in my ability, confidence, and mindset that I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I am so happy with my results and the knowledge I've gained to be able to maintain my goals for the future. She's personable and empathetic too your individual needs. Her training style is unique because she cares so much about her clients and understands it's not one set way for all. I have recently reached my 1 year mile stone with claire. I can not begin to put into words what claire has done for me, with my health, confidence and the biggest mental health.
Claire is so knowledgeable when it comes to what is best for the body and is also able to quickly adapt a work out according to how I am feeling, which can be a lot of things as a woman; which claire just gets.
I absolutely love my sessions, and having claire there , I know the work out is going to be good and I will be pushed a little bit each time which gives me more confidence to continue my fitness journey in my own time as well.

Like most women in their 50’s menopause along with other health issues had literally drained me of my energy, confidence & motivation I did use my gym regularly but only to swim, going to Claire once a week for a PT session has improved my energy levels but more importantly motivated me to get in shape & not give up on my goals of a healthier fitter lifestyle 🙏🏽

I’ve been going to the gym for years but I’m almost 50 and going through the menopause so the gym wasn’t really working for me as I was doing mainly cardio
I wanted to try a personal trainer for a few weeks so I could learn some better techniques especially with resistance training
It was amazing to get a tailored one to one service
Claire is such a warm and friendly person each training session was huge fun and with constant affirmations I left every session feeling amazing

Each session was different and Claire had a set routine worked out prior to my arrival, Claire has the confidence and the knowledge to plan an effective workout and the routines were so well planned out that at the time they seemed easy but with maximum effect
