A. H.Just finished the 6 week challenge. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Chris the PT was very encouraging and supportive. Being part of the group was very motivating. The results I achieved in a short period of time were worth the effort. Would definitely recommend.

Group sessions were challenging, but gave sufficient flexibility that everyone could complete them, and there was enough variation between sessions to keep them interesting.
I'd recommend Chris to anyone looking for personal training, or group sessions.
