I looked at many options and spoke to a number of different trainers before deciding to work with Stuart. Stuart listened to what I wanted to achieve and my concerns, before suggesting an approach that would work for me. I had not done any real exercise for over 5 years, my diet was awful, I had no energy, high stress levels and no motivation. Stuart took all of that into account when designing a plan for me.
Stuart has been brilliant - and the results have been beyond my expectations. Stuart is professional, patient and great to work with; the sessions in the gym are varied and enjoyable, whilst the support and encouragement he offers is keeping me on track. After 8 weeks my diet is much improved, I'm getting better quality sleep, have much more energy and feel better about myself. I'm getting much fitter, much stronger whilst already a stone lighter. After being ill for a year I decided I needed to start exercising and get my fitness levels up. I was recommended to Stuart and have not been disappointed. Stuart listens to what you want to achieve and works out a programme specifically suited to you. There are also numerous home workouts you can do with his app.
I have been with Stuart for 8 months now and have seen a vast improvement in my fitness and have toned all over. The sessions are always varied and always fun, which is important to me, as it means I look forward to going to the sessions!
The sessions are hard but achievable and I can't believe how much more i can do with Stuart, rather than on my own. Having a PT is the only way to get you to start exercising correctly and to the best of your ability. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and he will always accommodate days and times to suit you.

I was recommended using Stuart by my physio after I tore my ACL playing rugby. Stuart helped massively in getting me back to playing in 8 months. He gave detailed rehab and staged rehab programs that progressed through my time after surgery. As well as with the rehab, Stuart helped me in getting back to fitness after a year out from rugby. I lost weight I had put on and gained the strength I had lost and more. Stuart is a great guy which helps make the tough sessions more enjoyable. He has helped improve my performance greatly and I have even continued the sessions after coming back from injury because of the positive impact!

Stuart has been my personal trainer for over 6 months now and it has been absolutely fantastic. He is extremely dedicated to the role and covers everything from nutrition, sleep, timing of food intake to vitamin supplements (if required), all alongside the personal training, which in itself is brilliant.
Stuart has an innumerable number of exercises and styles of workout which can be individualised for any variety of workout preference and goal. which makes the sessions fun and engaging.
Stuart is a great guy and the progress that has been brilliant. The regular progress sessions are a great reminder of how far you've come and offer real incentives towards the next lot of goals.
I would heartily recommend Stuart for anyone looking for a personal trainer and believe it has been one of the best decisions I have made in 2018.

My initial goal was to tone up and lose weight in time for holiday and i can safely say Stuart has helped me achieve this! in just 8 weeks i have lost over half a stone and feel stronger. I was surprised I would be looking forward to each session but I truly felt each session left me with a “Job well done” feeling. I’ve learned so much, not only about getting in shape, but also about how the different foods help me achieve my goals. The weekly catch ups and the constant contact with Stuart helped me keep focus and Stuart's constant tweaking kept the 8 weeks of exercise fresh and exciting! I would defiantly recommend Stuart to anyone no matter what level of fitness or level of knowledge, Stuart is very passionate about getting you where you want to be!

I highly recommend Stuart as a PT. I wanted to learn how to use weights properly. I have dabbled in the past but didn't really know what I was doing. Stuart was happy to accommodate me on the pay as you train sessions. Each session was well planned and tailored for me and my needs. I decided to try a personal trainer, as I had struggled for years to consistently train and maintain my diet, resulting in yo-yos in weight and mood and decided to bite the bullet and invest in me.
We contacted Stuart and from the very beginning it’s been awesome. From the time taken to explore my goals, motivation and personal needs - to the flexibility of a programme to work around by work and commitments including tailored rehab to support my pre-exsisting injuries, Stuart has created a programme personalised to me - that I am really enjoying and is seeing the results I wanted, consistently. The focus on all elements of wellbeing, food and exercise is making the difference.
Following my 12 week programme I have continued to complete weekly sessions as the additional support, such as changing programmes to keep me motivated, app for support away from sessions are excellent value for money.
Any one thinking about a PT - you can not do any better than Fielden Fitness.

Great PT. Manages to make my sessions enjoyable even though I’m someone who doesn’t massively enjoy the gym. Coming back from an injury has been tough but with Stuart’s rehab program my knee is getting stronger every session. Always keeps me motivated and helps me stay determined to complete the session! I was recommended to Stuart by my physio. I had an initial assessment and then booked a 32 session course with specific goals to reach. I had just recovered from a back injury so my levels were embarrassing. Each session we had was different, so there was no chance of boredom. The app made it easy for me to see my calorie intake and patterns where I was eating or drinking the wrong stuff! After 16 sessions I was reassessed and the next 16 session were set.
This gave me the choice of what I liked and disliked. At 8 weeks I smashed my targets on all levels. I have decided to carry on training 2/3 times a week because I am so pleased with the outcome. I cannot recommend Stuart enough. His knowledge and attention to detail are impressive. I was anxious because of my back injury, but everything we have done has protected that all the way through.
If you are looking for a trainer or have a target in mind I would say seek out Stuart, put the effort in and you will see great results.

I did a 12 week course with Stuart and he was exactly what I wanted from a PT. He broke down the kind of foods I should be eating and made a detailed food plan for me. He customised the programme to meet the goals I had set for myself and was down to me which workouts I wanted depending on which muscle groups I was wanting to grow. Great trainer who has a genuine passion for what he does and that comes across in any conversation I have with him. I have had his 8-week intense training package. He is excellent, very professional and knows what he does. I had 100% improvements (strength doubled) in strength in some of the muscle groups while the minimum was 50%. There will be three assessments and you can see your progress in a timely manner.
He has a tremendous knowledge of nutrition and fitness. The learning materials were completely new knowledge and will definitely help to make life changes with a significant positive impact on health.
