I can't recommend Hollie enough! She's an incredibly knowledgeable coach but an even more awesome person. She's the best cheerleader (I feel so motivated and proud when I hear her comments), the most non-judgemental person I've met, kind, approachable and just the best! I started training with her on specific goals around fitness and weight-loss but through her support, I realised that I had been stuck in a cycle of punishing my body and dealing with stress through food. I wanted to challenge this and heal my relationship with fitness and nutrition. I wouldn't have had the confidence to do this if Hollie hadn't created such a positive and safe space. I'm now happier than I have ever been and I workout for my mental health and because I enjoy moving my body. I don't track calories and eat intuitively, focusing on foods that make me feel good and that fuel my lifestyle. The freedom and enjoyment that I've found in food and exercise has been life-changing and I'll forever be grateful for Hollie in helping me finally be at peace with myself. I think she's a breath of fresh air within the current fitness industry and I think she'll help a lot of people heal from damages done by society's expectations and fixation on weight loss.

Where do I even start! From countless cardio sessions, less than 1200 calories and suffering from pcos I never been able to lose more than two pound. Hollie has helped me grow in so many ways. I feel more confident than ever to be stepping into the gym. I have worked with Hollie for 4 months and managed to lose 11kg. One aspect that helped me and my journey would be the weekly check ins. Hollie advises me on nutrition even with my picky eating habits and advises what steps can be taken next. Hollie checks in on mental health and literally nothing is too much to ask. Hollie has been my biggest cheerleader and changed my perspective of food. I am now preparing for a girls holiday which has always been my greatest fear. I can’t thank you enough Hollie you’re amazing at what you do and keep smashing it :) xoxo

Training with Hollie has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I started my sessions with her just as we came out of lockdown in the spring of 2021. I knew I wanted to enjoy the summer, eat tasty food and have drinks with friends and family. But I also wasn’t at all happy with my body, my fitness and my overall well-being and was worried that post-lockdown life was going to make this worse.
Before this year I’d never set foot in a gym and although I’d done some exercise here and there, nothing had ever stuck. My first day in the gym with Hollie I felt instantly relaxed and over the months training with her it’s been like seeing a friend once a week. Her approach to training, nutrition and general well-being has helped me improve so many aspects of my life - from making healthier food and drink choices to getting out and walking more. Hollie also made me realise I could still reach my goals in terms of fitness without having to change my lifestyle or be really restrictive.
The gym is now the place I go to to switch off and destress . Hollie has helped me feel so confident in the gym I can now use all the machines and weights without even really thinking about it. I never thought I would be doing deadlifts, bench presses and pull ups but it makes me feel so strong and amazing and Hollie has pushed and encouraged me every step of the way.
I am so glad that I chose to train with Hollie and am gutted to not be training in person anymore (due to me relocating). Thank you so much for everything!

I love training with Hollie! I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym thanks to her support, she makes exercising fun and has helped me get over my fear of the gym. She is attentive and tailors my workouts to suit my needs and what I enjoy doing. She has also taught me how to eat better and how to get more protein on a vegan diet. I highly recommend Hollie!
