Such a good fitness class! Social and fun, really effective workouts that make you feel great. Kingsley knows exactly how to tailor the experience for each ability type, I always feel challenged to achieve the best I can but I can take it at a manageable pace where I need to as well.

Every session is different and made fun. All the exercises can be adapted to meet everyone's fitness levels too.
The sessions push you individually to hit your own goals, whilst being apart of a great team, to workout alongside.
The instructors are great, really friendly, supportive and motivating. I really recommend SimFit to anyone looking at starting their fitness journey.

Great class especially if you prefer exercising outdoors with variety rather than just following the same steps in an indoor class.
SimFit have a good team who try to keep you motivated and watch out for your limits, which they always know are a little further than you think. There's also a drive towards community, you'll always get taking to people and make some new friends.

Thank you to Kingsley and his team at Simfit for keeping me fit and active over the last year. The sessions are always different and you never know what to expect which is great as it never get boring. Also love all the different equipment used during the sessions. It's been good having someone tell me what exercises to do to make sure I'm constantly working out different parts of my body. Definitely seen improvements in my physical and mental health. Would definitely recommend it and much better than a gym membership.

I went for my free session at bootcamp and joined the same night. I was made to feel very welcome and really enjoyed the format of the work out. I have since been numerous times and each session is different which keeps it fun and engaging. The exercises are challenging but you can adapt them to your fitness level if needed without feeling pressured to keep up with the rest of group.
I have just had 3 babies back to back and have a heart condition so my fitness level was next to none and I can’t believe how much better I feel both physically and mentally after just a few weeks.
I will definitely be recommending simfit to my friends.

Having never done any form of fitness or workouts I joined the classes offered by SimFit100 during lockdown last year and haven’t stopped, having done the 6 week transformation camps and now bootcamps. All the trainers are extremely friendly and make each session fun. Everything is adapted to suit your needs and ability and you never feel you can’t do it. The team is amazing. If your looking to get fit and have fun at the same time SimFit100 is highly recommended.

I just finished a 6 week transformation camp with Kingsley abs the team and am 13.5lbs down.
For me it isn’t about the weight I have lost, but how good I feel! I am so much healthier than I was 6 weeks ago, and I know the method is sustainable - working hard, eating healthily and being accountable.
Kingsley and the team are brilliant, the workouts are hard but scalable, and they’ve built a strong community of really welcoming and supportive people.
I’ve now started my second transformation camp and I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to improve their fitness, or who like me needed a kick up the bottom post baby and lock downs.

Kingsley and the team are just amazing. I recently hit 40 and wanted to get strong, healthy and fitter. I love the sessions, each one is different and you never know what’s coming. The group support is fantastic and I can see me continuing with bootcamps for a long time. I left my gym in lockdown and tried at home HIIT sessions but I never work as hard. Even the online ones here are good as you see others but the in person ones are great. If you’re worried about fitness level don’t…I’m not the weakest but I’m definitely not the strongest and the group is all different shapes, sizes and ages and every exercise has a version that’s tough and a lighter one if you struggle. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Life changing and just feels great to be a part of 😊

Great bunch of instructors very intense workouts however they will adapt to meet your goals/ capability. Sadly my old bones couldn't hack it. However I would definitely recommend it to anybody in need or wanting to get in shape. This is the right place. 😋

It's not possible for me to recommend Simfit enough! I started by joining the corporate workouts Simfit offered through my work place. When lockdown began I joined the 6 week transformation camp and outdoor bootcamps. Now I do PT sessions. Kingsley and all of the other trainers are very motivational. They offer varied workouts to make every session different and interesting, and they will tailor exercises to suit everyone's ability level, making sure that you are always being pushed but in a fun way that will leave you hooked and looking forward to the next session.

I've been training at Kingsley's bootcamp in Bradford for over 5 years now. He makes all the sessions fun, challenging and enjoyable. I find the sessions are a great benefit for both my physical and mental health. I also now do the online live streaming sessions and all the trainers are great and keep pushing you to perform to your maximum ability.
