I have always loved going to the gym and keeping fit, so was a little apprehensive of using a PT however, AM Fitness has totally transformed my training style. He builds good client rapport and tailors to my needs, body type and lifestyle to gain maximum results.
Whether you are new to the gym or want to take your gym routine to the next level, i would highly recommend AM Fitness to be part of you training regime.

I’ve known and worked out with Asher for 3 plus years. I’ve always found him courteous, pleasant company, polite and good fun!
As a personal trainer he enables you to reach your goals, plans and tracks your progress and always manages to encourage you to surpass your best set yet. My workouts have been challenging and inspiring, and I love the results I get.
His semi private gym is well equipped with a variety of new and modern equipment, the workouts are carefully thought out and balanced, ie push/pull days, conditioning, boxing, and my particular favourite, Butt Day 🍑
He’s great with men, my husband trains with him, women and children, yes even my children train with him too. Completely respectful and a wonderful personal trainer. I thoroughly recommend Asher to my friends and family. Thanks Ash! 😊🙏

Asher (amfitnesslc) has a friendly nature along with a real focus on training and achieving your goals. He works with you to understand your goals and what you want to achieve from your fitness journey. He is full of expert nutritional advice and explains the science behind every form of exercise that you do, he will explain what the exercise is, how it works, what part of the body it is working and how you are benefitting from doing it. He also shows you correct form and execution of the exercise. Asher has given me a fitness plan tailored for my goals and is always giving me good nutritional advice. I am learning a lot from Asher and I am feeling healthier and more energetic than I did a few months ago. I look forward to my training sessions every week. Training with Asher has improved my strength, form and durability. I’m well on my way to achieving my goals. I would highly recommend Asher as a PT he is a great motivator!

I started personal training sessions with Asher about a month ago and it’s the best investment I have ever made! I have used personal trainers before but Asher is in a completely different league! He’s qualified to a different level to most PTs and that’s so evident by the way he trains you - he explains the science behind the exercises and is on point with making sure your form is correct to prevent injuries and get the most out of the exercises! Hes very friendly and approachable and motivating! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get into shape or those that just need a bit of motivation and a push to get into a good routine with health/fitness!

Training at AMfitness has been a great experience overall.
