Simon is a fantastic personal trainer. Very structured with accountability (app, messages, regular analysis of progress with data), tried and tested knowledge, motivation and moral support. I've achieved a lot in just 4 months and look forward to pushing further and hitting more PBs!

I've been training with Simon for a few months now and the client -trainer relationship we have is awesome. He supports me every single day especially during the difficult curves that life throws at us. He motivates me and helps me stay focused. I learn so much from him. All my plans are bespoke to me and Simon tailors my plans around my life style. It's a journey and I'm so grateful to have him help and support me reach my goals. I cannot recommend him enough. I’ve been training with Simon for 6 months now and I cannot believe the progress I’ve made. I train twice a week and I really enjoy the variety and challenge he puts into the sessions. Simon is first of all a great guy, he takes time to understand your goals and ensures he build a program to help you attain these. I’ve been training with Simon for over 6 months now and I would definitely recommend him to anybody. His approach covers both your physical and psychological needs, always prioritising your wellbeing and avoiding injury. It doesn’t matter if you have never done exercises or if you want to push yourself a bit extra, he will find the right routine for you. It also helps the fact that he is a really nice & professional guy and he doesn’t mind my talking between exercises.

I have struggled with weight for a few years now. I tried a few different ways to get healthy however , exercise and I don’t get along and I have an unhealthy relationship with food. I have been working with Simon for about 2-3 months now and I have not only been enjoying exercise and eating healthy, I have lost weight and gaining muscle (bench pressing 20kg) . Thanks to Simon I have the knowledge to keep the weight off and keep going to my goal. Simon is not your typical personal trainer he goes out of his way to help his clients as individuals not as just a number on his list. He not just helps you get to your goal but gives you the knowledge to maintain it.
I can’t thank him enough I feel so good about myself and everyone is noticing the change. With out him I would have really struggled to get to where I am and feel so good. Last week I got to wear a top I haven’t worn in years. I am probably not his easiest client but he is the best trainer and will be stuck with me as his client.

I have used Simon's PT session for just over last three months. I am immensely happy with his support and guidance on how I could loose weight. Not only have I understood how weightless works, but he has shown me practically and mentally how to focus on my goals.
He has been flexible, pushing my limits to the boundaries and beyond in recent weeks. I have seen a stark difference in my weightless, lost just shy of 2 stones since I started with him. This is a combination of nutritional changes as well as increased physical exercises.

I had been suffering with acute back, neck and shoulder pain for a little while and was beginning to feel quite low about my situation. Thankfully I visited the Body Development Centre and not only did I receive some exceptional physical therapy through a deep tissue sports massage but I was incredibly blessed to spend time picking Simon's brains. I was very impressed with his insightful advice and his kind and courteous manner. It was evident that the client and their needs are the absolute priority in his work. I found out about the Body Development centre via a google search of local PT's in my area, i wasn't expecting someone as local as the same village as me but thought id look deeper once i discovered Simons website, I however did have a criteria i was looking for when looking for a trainer, Myself not being so body confident wanted somebody relatable, and to provide more than just advice on training within the gym.
What i quickly found out from Simon within the first session was that Simons plan isn't focused around lifting the heaviest weights, and doing the most reps, its about doing everything properly, i wasn't expecting the level of professionalism i have encountered and the health check up to go alongside it, Simon even recommended me trainer supports due to my arched feet.
Upon my first week i managed to loose a staggering 12lb of which was hard to believe, The Body Development centre does not only push for greatness within the sessions you have with Simon, he also provides the support platform outside of session time, Until date and around 10 weeks in i have managed to loose just over 2 stone and i'm now loosing weight consistently at 3lb a week, i'm also feeling much more confident in myself and have much more natural energy day to day, Not only have i lost a considerable amount of weight but through Simons tracking system i can see how my general fitness has improved in all areas, which was also a goal of mine.
Simon has also been extremely flexible around session times, which was one of my worries when looking for a trainer, as my own diary is pretty sporadic due to owning my own business, i was worried about regimented times and having to schedule days months in advance... Simon provides a simple solution and i've never encountered Simon saying a time isn't possible, if that be early in the morning, late at night or in the middle of the day, And i think thats down to Simon truly loving the work he does.
I would recommend The Body Development Centre to anybody looking for a reliable, professional, and Multi talented personal trainer of which is not only focused on the physical side but also the mental side of body image, dieting and nutrition, And also pushes you outside of your comfort zone but enables you to push the boundaries of what you deemed possible.
