I am reviewing my experience with Josh Turner.
I was already a member of my local gym but found it hard to attend consistently, so I contacted Josh with a view to having some accountability and somebody to show me some different things. I can honestly say it has been an excellent decision.
Josh is very professional and has adapted to my personality to enable him to get the best out of me. He delivers the right level of encouragement/pushing and his knowledge has been invaluable with regards to using the correct form to avoid injury when learning new exercises.
Josh also keeps track of various body measurements using bioelectrical impedance analysis (just a fancy set of scales with a complicated name!) and uses a simple fitness test, which both get reviewed periodically to monitor progress. I was also pleased that - on request - he was happy to track what weights I was lifting with a view to increasing strength and again, monitoring progress.
In summary, he's getting me the results I want and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you're looking into personal training.

I have been working with Josh for past 6 weeks and looking forward for next sessions. He has helped me overcome my lack of confidence in myself. Kat is an absolutely amazing trainer and has taught me so much over the past 12 weeks. I feel so much more confident in the gym, and Kat has given me the skills and knowledge to be able to further my training alone! The sessions are always different each week and Kat is able to adapt to how you are feeling on the day, or what you having want to train!

Kat was, and is, fantastic. Had a 6 week block of an hour each week booked and, I already miss em! Kats patience and understanding coupled with experience and confidence is inspiring. Reassuring me each step of the way about a back injury I've long suffered with but since she taught me right, I've not suffered with it at all! Consistency and technique are key and she's allowed me ro master it through an epic 6 weeks. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Kats pushed me all the way and I love that! Proper allowed me to find myself and enjoy my journey with confidence.

I really enjoyed working with Kat over 18 weekly sessions with a specific target to build upper body and leg strengthening. Kat was professional and went at a pace which suited someone with my creaking knees. I made real progress with a focused programme and achieved results far beyond my expectation. Normally not a fan of gym work but the sessions flew by and I learnt enough technique and exercises to continue the work independently....Thank you Kat!

I started my Journey to loose weight back in June21 when I came across Kat @ new horizons health.
I have attended weekly sessions since and with the support & encouragement Kat has provided both in exercise and nutrition I am on my way to goal with a total of 2stone weight loss!

Not having been in a gym since the 1960s I didn’t know what to expect but Kat, having asked what I wanted out of the sessions, that is weight loss and increased level of fitness, introduced me to all the individual equipment designed to improve all areas of the body. Mostly I felt the benefit of the different machines but I preferred the floor and weight exercises and more privacy so again Kat, having listened to what I wanted, planned my sessions in a separate room at the gym.
My last two sessions out of the six booked we spent time, at my request, learning and improving exercises that I could do at home without all the equipment offered at the gym and Kat created for me a personal programme to follow.
Kat is a very professional trainer who plans her sessions around the individual clients needs. Thank you.”

Jordan Edwards is a fantastic personal trainer. He is patient, supportive and really good at demonstrating and explaining. He has helped me achieve the body and level of fitness I always wanted and has given me so much more confidence. When I started working with him I was recovering from an illness and was not very fit. Jordan met me where I was and was totally non-judgmental of my fitness while helping me to improve. He has given me brilliant nutritional advice too. He is great at working with everyone from serious athletes to total beginners.

6 months ago I started training with Jordan Edwards and the physical changes are only a small part of what I've achieved so far .. he is an amazing pt who has taught me so much and helped me massively increase my strength and fitness levels. He has incredible patience when I'm battling my demons and doubting my abilities and he's also very good at encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and try new things.
