I have trained with Kirsty from Right Time Health Coaching for about 12 months. I started with an idea that I might do three months and I found it so helpful I that I continued. I wanted some expertise to help me build up muscle strength and tone. Now I am over 50 I felt that I needed to do something more to improve my overall fitness, particularly as I had been noticing more aches and pains. Working with Kirsty has been really worth the investment, each session is tailored to my needs, I have noticed significant improvement and I feel fitter and healthier than I have in a long time. She is also really nice to work with; encouraging, responsive and making sure I get out of each session what I need.

I've been using right time personal training for the last 6 months. The women's only circuit training is delivered in a friendly and fun environment. Kirsty delivers a great session every week, but it is never repetitive and the hour flies by. She plans each session to make it fun and is open to any suggestions what you might want/need personally. I can highly recommend using Right Time PT if you want to progress your fitness

During lockdown, I've been accessing 30 minute exercise classes on my days off via zoom. I live approximately 100 miles away from Kirsty at Right Time. Despite this, the classes have been easy to follow and a really good work out. I've discovered that I have abdominal muscles! Each class follows a different format and Kirsty is an encouraging and funny coach. The classes are also very reasonable at £3 a time. I hope to continue the classes after lockdown.

Kirsty is a great PT, giving the right amount of encouragement to make you absolutely workout to the best of your ability. Classes are varied, which keeps you guessing as to what’s coming next, great for your workout. They are fun too... I always feel fantastic after a workout with Right Time PT.

I have been working with Kirsty and PN for 6 months now. I am at the end of a long weight loss journey and I was struggling with where I was and where I thought I needed to get to. The diet yoyo was starting to creep back in, weight edging up and the whole cycle was in danger of starting again. PN is a different approach that is based on coaching and totally tailored to you. 6 months in i have a totally different attitude to food that will sustain me far into the future. The rules make a lot of sense.the plan is flexible. And it is about establishing healthy habits based on good nutrition rather than restriction and deprivation.
If you are done with dieting and want to develop a better relationship with food i would totally recommend looking at PN and giving Kirsty a call.
