Nice little gym, the staff are friendly and approachable, the pool is always warm and the spa facilities, while limited, are nice. Always clean and tidy, even the customers are polite and sociable. They will even give you a free wristband to make using the cardio machines a breeze if you ask.

That was my first time in this gym. It is pretty small but if you are using to train dumbells or machines there is pretty much everything which you can possibly need. The ceiling is low, so if you want to train pull-ups or any kind of jumps it's almost impossible even though there are few bars over there. As gym for hotel clients is it OK , but if you are looking for some gym to permanent use, I am sure that you can find bigger and more equipped gym for the same price.

Came for a tour yesterday, kind and helpful staff. The lady showing us around was slightly more kinder and engaging than the man at the desk however, all in all a pleasant tour experience of the gym facilities 😊👍🏼

Been coming 2 livingwell for a while now , its good 2 be back the staff at any hr of the day always make ur experience 1 2 remember, have a laugh and a joke , but on a serious side sam (manager )and staff makes at this uncomfortable time as people are nervous, but the discipline of how they are making everything controlled and still relaxed , its a credit 2 the gym and swimming making the place feel like it did before the lockdown came in place but there all professional 2 address any problems and queries putting the experience that more relaxed and its good 2 be back welldone 2 everyone involved and the time slots seem 2 work , and seeing the staff clean all equipment 2 high standard 🙏👍
