So pleased I contacted Cathy last year during lockdown. I have used the extra time of being at home to complete many online classes and PT sessions, leaving me feeling much healthier and fitter.
Cathy knows her stuff and if you are thinking about starting an exercise / weight-loss journey, I would highly recommend PFC, especially Cathy, for her encouragement, support, know-how and humour!

There’s the best and there’s the rest. Look no further—Personal Fitness is the best. My results from working with Cathy speak for themselves. I’ve been training with with her for about 4 years. With the Personal Fitness Company there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. All is tailored to the needs and goals of the client. Cathy is very flexible as regards scheduling and very concerned that anything we do in the way of training is appropriate for me. And at different points I’ve worked with some of the other trainers whom she employs. All have been GREAT. If I could add one one start to denote excellence amongst excellence I would!

I’ve been attending a variety of Cathy’s classes for over three years now and I absolutely love them! Cathy and her team are so professional, friendly and knowledgable and the classes are challenging, motivational and very importantly fun! With a range of options including LBT, Kettlercise, Circuits and Bootcamp there are plenty of options to choose from and the class timetable is suitable for all sorts of busy schedules. Cathy and her team also offer personal training sessions too which are fantastic and suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. I honestly couldn’t recommend The Personal Fitness Company highly enough!

Cathy is an incredible instructor she keeps you motivated, and always keeps changing things up regularly so that you are getting the most out of each class that you do. The atmosphere is wonderful at the classes and everyone makes you feel very welcome especially Cathy who keeps us all laughing every class and makes the workouts fun and upbeat! There are so many options each week and the variety of times to choose from makes it so easy to fit it into everyones lifestyle. I love the different choices from Legs Bums & Tums to Kettle Bells, Boot Camp and Personal Training sessions there is something for every one and all levels of fitness are welcome. Cathy has been my personal trainer for 6 years and is the best I could ever imagine! She is gentle (and lots of fun) but knows just how much to push me to make clear and steady growth. She also really understands the physiology of exercise; my routine is built on her expertise concerning what’s most effective for me without risking injury. Most importantly, she listens and is responsive, for instance, in adapting exercises to suit my needs. Cathy comes to my home and always arrives on time and with enthusiasm. Beyond personal training, she offers a range of other great services as well through her team including sports massage, yoga and classes.

I attend two one-on-one PT sessions a week with Cathy who takes into consideration any injuries or illnesses (I have MS) and will put together a bespoke plan just for you. I’ve been doing Cathy’s classes for over a year now and I’ve always loved her kettles workout! When lockdown happened back in March I was essentially confined to the house with my two young children, unable to get out for my usual exercise and Cathy’s online zoom classes were my saviour, physically and mentally! I did around 4 classes a week such as kettles, box hiit, cardioblast and LBT. They are varied, challenging and being able to do them from the comfort of my house was great. As some kind of normality resumes, I still continue to do at least a couple of zoom classes a week and will continue to do so for the foreseeable. I’ve noticed my clothes fit better, my shape has changed and I’ve toned up. Thanks Cathy!!

I have been training with Cathy and her team for a number of years and absolutely love it. The range of classes and times give me plently of options to fit around my schedule and keep me interested. The training is always challenging and varied even if you go to the same classes each week but the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The price is also affordable and buying blocks of lessons makes it more convenient and cheaper. I would definately recommend The Personal Fitness Company to anyone who wants to get fit and stay trim!

I have been having PT sessions with Cathy and her team for over two years and have gone from gym novice to a pretty good standard of fitness. Exercises and progress are tailored to your own levels of ability and long term goals. If you want to become fitter and healthier but are not sure where to start - I would highly recommend The Personal Fitness Company!

Fab - I’ve been having PT sessions and taken part in group classes with Cathy and other trainers in the team for almost 6 years now. With their encouragement, guidance and expertise I’ve lost 20kg and more importantly kept it off!! With both moral support and physical discipline as a PT she has made all the difference..you really feel like someone else is interested and invested in your success!
I love the rest of her team too, and the variety of their classes. I especially enjoy the paying for a card and collecting stamps at the classes you attend, so you don't miss out on the weeks that you are unable to get to your usual classes.
