I joined the busy working dad 28-day lean up challenge with Paul as I got to a stage in my life with having 2 kids and a busy lifestyle with work etc.
After getting to my heaviest over 14st I started training again but got to around 13st and couldn't get rid of the dad bod look the muffin tops didn't want to leave me. I was doing lots of cardio and eating very little to try get the leaner look but just wasn't happening.
So when I saw this challenge with Paul I thought why not give it a go and see what we could do, timing wasn't great with the gyms etc closing and been on lockdown at home with no weights but Paul said no problem we can still make this happen which was great news.
So couple of days before the start I got login to his online portal which was great as it gives you some more insight to what was happening with workout videos, nutritional plans what foods etc we will be eating so we could get the food in ready for day 1. You also get daily videos from Paul to help understand the process and why each thing works and how it works.
Paul is on hand 24h to answer any questions if you need help or something isn't clear which is great, also we had a members area for other people on the same challenge so we could discuss between us if we had been struggling or what our goals are.
I came into the challenge open minded and my plan was to stick to it 100 percent and see what we could achieve between us.
I was surprised at how much food we could eat and how short our training could be, none of the food was boring none of this chicken and veg rubbish that I was expecting lots of eggs meats carbs etc which was also a surprise to me but made me very happy especially if it works.
You have weekly stats to do and then a check-in with Paul each week which is great as you get to discuss the process and any changes you may need to do.
All the workouts are enjoyable and with not having any gym equipment I stuck to the at home workouts Paul has made especially for these occasions or people who don't have a gym membership which is a great idea.
I leaned right off in the first 2 weeks and was told to up my calories and slow my movements down and slow the intensity down to help build up the muscle which was great advise as Paul knew I wanted to keep muscle and some size, so we stuck to this for the next 2 weeks and I got a couple of resistance bands to try help with this which Paul said would help massively and it did we achieved putting a bit of size back on in the right areas.
I must say at the end of this challenge the results have been amazing something I have been trying to achieve for well over a year has happened in 28days still a bit of work to do but just shows with the right guidance and nutrition its possible, all this has happened training less at home without gym equipment and eating more than I would ever expect and foods we all enjoy.
For anyone else out there in the same position as me and been thinking about doing something like this get yourselves signed up and see what you can achieve.

Highly recommend , I worked with Paul over a 28 day kick start challenge over the second lockdown which he done free! Great bloke great knowledge and cuts out all the BS surrounding health and fitness. Over the 28 days I personal seen great results lost 6kg and lost 10cm off the waist!

I recently completed Paul's busy working day 28 day lean up challenge.
I managed to drop 4kg but the challenge gave more than just weight loss. The nutrition was easy to follow, the workouts helped target areas I needed to tone up and the structure it gave me to my day was valuable. Plus you have Paul on hand to give you advice, guidance with the occasional kick up the arse!!!

I worked with Paul as part of a 90 day transformation. After not training or eating properly for over a year with sporadic attempts to loose weight and get fitter I decided to contact Paul. He put together a comprehensive training and nutrition plan and helped to motivate throughout the course of the 90 days.
After the first month the gyms shut due to Covid 19 however Paul swapped my workouts to allow me to continue whist only having a couple of kettlebells at home.
He was there every step of the way. Without his support and knowledge I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the results that I have.
The protocols that he put in placed allows flexibility so that you can make the best choices when cooking at home isn’t possible.
The whole course is sustainable and has led to a complete lifestyle change, and I can only see the results continuing into the future. Workouts and exercise are enjoyable and the nutrition effortless.

I have worked with Paul on a couple of occasions now, one with the BWD programme which was a great journey and experience, his insight, flexibility, knowledge and general motivation was a great boost all of the way through the 90 days. And then a second period which was a 6 week burst, was equally as positive. I lost a good amount of weight across both periods, approximately 18 kilos in total, and changed my body shape significantly; I would recommend Paul to anyone without hesitation. I will be back for another chapter in the future!

A great motivator.
