I started training with Steve a couple of months ago. New to the world of personal training I didn’t know what to expect. Steve’s commitment to tailoring a health and fitness regime covers setting personal goals, advising on diet and, of course a workout to suit my goals - which in my case were weight loss and general fitness. Following a back injury, Steve adapted the sessions to focus on strengthening exercises and my back is stronger than it has been in years. As someone who is not always self-motivated, Steve’s quiet, yet determined attitude pushes me further than I would do in a gym. I would recommend!

Steve has very personalised approach -he put in huge amount effort prior to and during start of training to find out what my goals were and designed bespoke training plan (including healthy eating) to suit- He’s really approachable and has given me confidence to reach my goals. Steve is very knowledgable and experienced- which again gives me confidence that I’m in good hands. Realistic steps and committed to improving at each session which works well as already after just three weeks I can see results and feel healthier- more energy/less lethargic. Handy location and has all the things needed to train-communication is first class . Looking forward to continued improvement. Highly recommend.

As a middle aged gent I was looking of ways to avoid the middle age spread, keep fit and active in order to be the best version of myself. I had gotten out of shape & run down like most over the lockdown period to the point where I knew I had to do something about it.
A friend of mine trains with Steve, they achieved amazing results so I thought I would have to give his personal training a go myself. I’ve been training with Steve for a few months now and couldn’t recommend him more. My diet is cleaner and tracked, and I have accountability on our weekly training sessions which I feel I get the most from. His home studio is well equipped with strength and conditioning kit, it’s a non-judgemental space and Steve is very knowledgeable as well as personable.
In this short amount of time I’ve notice my energy sore, my waistline reduce and my entire body firm up, I’m feeling more confident in social occasions to boot. Long may it continue!

I joined with the view of self-care, gaining muscle and getting in better shape. Steve with his vast knowledge and experience has helped me not only in these areas but in regaining newfound confidence. His studio creates a relaxed and non-pressured environment. I also never have to wait for equipment like I did in my previous gyms.

From the first phone call Steve's friendly and calm manner put my mind at ease about my personal training preconceptions. We have become great allies in my fight to find my waistline again. I have been overweight for over 10 years, never sticking to healthy eating or exercise but with Steve's help I have completely changed my lifestyle and I feel so much better for it!
I train with Steve doing early mornings 3 times per week, which works around my work schedule. He's been very flexible to suit my needs. We've been training in outdoor public spaces initially but now I can finally use Steve's complete home gym. It's very impressive with loads of strength & conditioning equipment. Working 1-2-1 with Steve gives me focus, accountability and most importantly encouragement. He pushes me to a level that he knows I can handle in order to get the best from my training.
Speaking of results since working with Steve in my first 12 weeks I've lost 10kg (over 1.5 stone of pure body fat). I've also gaining metabolically active muscle. I've noticed my face slim, i've dropped two dress sizes, my waste is narrowing and my bum has lifted. All my friends have complimented me on my dramatic change in body shape. It's a real boost to know the work is paying off.
I've been getting stronger too. From a body weight squat to a 70kg deadlift for 12 reps and a kneeling press up to 32kg bench press for 12 reps. I now have aspirations to be in the HOL-FIT Hall of Fame for females that can execute 100kg+ deadlifts.
After implementing consistent training and other beneficial nutritional/lifestyle advice ftom Steve, I now feel I have more energy, better moods, better sleep, enjoy being more active (not out of breath) and my lifes perspective has completely transformed. My mental health was in a sorry state when we first met and I now can't remember the last time I felt this happy and stable.
I can't thank Steve enough, he has got me not only enduring exercise but enjoying it too. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Give it a go, you won't regret it.

I've been training with Steve for around 6 months and never had a personal trainer before that! He has really helped me to improve my posture and mobility issues. I never thought I would be able to do a squat before and now I can with weights. He has helped me to be stronger, passed on knowledge and built me a fun (yet demanding) gym routine.

Steve's been working with me online with remote training sessions via zoom. He's helping me get off that last bit of stubborn belly fat in my weightloss journey.
He's tailored a completely bespoke routine & structured nutrtional plan to me based on my needs, goals and also around the equipment I have in my personal home gym. Each week he’s been working with me, identifying the areas that I needed to improve on and encouraging me to increase training load progressively. We never sacrifice quality form though.
I’m a professional software engineer and also an experienced kickboxer. Steve's weight loss training has incorporated and compliments my other training areas perfectly. I still get to enjoy and advance in these areas as well as seeing the body fat coming off as I'm slimming down.
His customer service is above and beyond, he goes out of his own way to help with areas I’m struggling on. As well as seeing my physical performance increase across the board Steve' impatred his training knowledge as we've trained, so I now know how to perform exercises correctly.
Above all Steve's a very frendly person. I would recormend him to anyone of any fitness level and he’s one of the best coaches I’ve met so far.

I started with Steve by contacting him online. From having minimal experience in the gym Steve was able to set up a plan for me to train with him twice a week to reach the goals set out at the beginning. I have since gained experience and increased confidence with training within the gym. Steve is easy to get along with and is very approachable. Time is precious when you work in busy school with a heavy workload! I realised my focus had been more on my work than on myself, and I needed to redress that balance. Personal Training with Steve has highlighted the importance of exercise, nutrition and 'switching off' from work!
I began my journey with a full nutritional analysis and detailed measurements. I wanted to develop core strength and flexibility and Steve tailored stretches and core exercises specifically for my needs.
