Best in town! With great results! Very patient and knows how to excel your limits. Initially only signed up for 3 months, but continued due to seeing such amazing results, and Rami is a really top bloke who always keeps the training fresh, and is very flexible with scheduling. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟It is coming up for a year since I was on holiday with my daughters after a big 6 month project, the Love Island final and crashing towards my 50th birthday. I was knackered, unfit, miserable and feeling very old! My gym bunny daughters had given me some vouchers for a couple of sessions with Rami for Xmas the previous year but I hadn’t had the time or confidence to redeem them. We decided that I should ‘get fit for 50’ and book in when we got back. (I should add that I was NOT a gym bunny - although I live opposite Yarbs, I hold the record for joining the most and going the least times, I had no idea what a lat, a trap or a glute was!) 🤔 - So I met Rami and he asked me a few questions about my lifestyle, diet, sleep etc. I was a bit nervous to be honest (he was very fit and muscly) but his warm and disarming character put me immediately at ease. When he asked me what my goal was, I instinctively (and ambitiously) replied ‘A Love Island bottom’ 🤣 After my first 6 weeks (3x 45mins per week) I had lost weight, inches and all sadness, lowered my BMI and visceral fat. Another 6 weeks followed another 6 weeks and as I hip thrust and squatted my way towards my 50th, I can truthfully say that I felt stronger, happier and fitter than I had at my 40th! Now... 1/2 century ✔️ and I still train with Rami. Still 3 x per week. I think it’s the accountability that works for me. Training with Rami has become an important part of my life. He is warm and gentle and funny and only ever makes me feel strong and capable and confident. He encourages and supports and God knows how but he makes every session different from the last. I don’t even like to think about how bad I would be feeling now if I hadn’t booked those first 6 sessions?! I actually can’t thank Rami enough for changing my lifestyle and actually for changing my life?! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been doing the 12 week summer shape up program (online coaching) with Rami and I've seen a real difference! I suffered a miscarriage late last year, I'm pretty sure partly due to my weight. Seriously sad and fed up with myself I reached out to Rami for help and I'm so glad that I did! He agreed to help me straight away even though its possible that I am his biggest weight loss challenge yet! Training is hard and really pushes me but at the same time Rami makes it fun and enjoyable. The meal plan he gave me is great as it's not too restricted and suggested supplements are also included. Its only the beginning and I have a long way to go but 8 weeks in I have lost almost a stone and a half and several centimetres, and my BMI and visceral fat are going down gradually too. Other changes are becoming obvious as well now like my clothes feeling better, less breathlessness and better sleep. I am becoming much stronger physically and emotionally. I can't reccomend Rami highly enough. He is genuinely helping me change my life and I am very very grateful.

I hit a plateau in my training and so had several weeks training with Rami to overcome this. Rami's training and nutrition knowledge, coupled with my hard-work, commitment and determination resulted in a complete body transformation in such a short period of time. I broke through my weight loss plateau; losing a consistent 1 - 2 kg per week and many inches off my waist. I also saw my body fat percentage and BMI decrease, and my muscle mass increase. I have decided to do some online training with Rami during the lockdown as I felt down and demotivated. And honestly, the workout and the meal plan kept me going as I felt better everyday and especially seeing the results. In 4 weeks I lost about 4kg and gained muscle definition in my core, legs and arms. The workout and meal plans weren't hard to follow at all as they were tailored to my specific needs and I didn't really want to snack after. Can definitely recommend Rami if you're looking to get your body toned, feel better or whatever your end goal is. He's easy going, professional and his methods work!

I have only been training with Rami for six weeks but am very happy with my results so far. I started training with Rami at the start of 2018. I was ready for a change I had been made redundant in 2017 and was just getting back from an injury. I wanting to try something new to get some confidence back but also needed some advice as the things I was trying were not helping me get back from injury. The initial plan was I would be with Rami for 12 weeks only. Well a year and a half later and Rami is still my PT because the changes have been amazing. Rami is really knowledgeable and encouraging and his methods work. Just want to say thanks for the advice and support for the last 8 weeks! I feel like without the plan to stick to I would’ve let quarantine get the best of me.
